Vacation rentals with a patio in Northside

Great place to stay! Peaceful, private, breezy and easy access to sites in town and to the airport so you can spend your time enjoying the island to the fullest and get some last minute in town shopping. The place was clean, neat and I felt right at home! Except it took me a little bit of time to figure out the oh so needed coffee maker. The guide book was had a great variety and excellent recommendations! I tired two restaurants and they surely didn’t disappoint! I forgot the time and my watch and the host was so gracious and accommodating with time and getting my watch picked up. I recommend this place for an authentic island feel that anyone would enjoy!

Everything went excellent. The stay was amazing and very clean. Jamila gave us recommendations to do all around the island and even kid friendly things happening on the island during our stay. Beautiful home and great stay.

I will return! Easy, hassle-free check in. Thorough arrival and checkout instructions prior to arrival. Communicative and helpful when needed. It felt good to come back to a clean and most importantly, safe home. Both bedrooms & bathrooms were better than I expected. Great amenities. It's so nice, it makes you want to treat the place well like you would your own home!!

Brett's Northside Rental was perfect for our trip! Location was quiet with stunning views. We spent so much time at the beach but when we did choose to stay in, we had all we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked multiple meals - both breakfast and dinner. The supplied beach chairs, towels and three different cooler options made our day trips so easy. The views are stunning from every room but darker curtains in the bedroom did help when we wanted to sleep in a bit. I would recommend Brett's home to friends and family members and I hope I am lucky enough to come back to this beautiful island.

Darryl’s place was awesome. It looked exactly like the photos, and my favorite part was the private balcony with an incredible view. I felt completely safe, and Darryl was very responsive and provided awesome recommendations. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, quiet and private place with everything you need to enjoy the island and beaches ! On top of that you will benefit from a stunning point of view of the north shore! Special shoutout to the host, Selwyn for her warm welcome, advice and caring ! Highly recommended !

We had a wonderful time at Larik’s place in Frenchtown! We ate almost exclusively at restaurants in Frenchtown and really enjoyed the flavor of the neighborhood, which frequently included the sounds of an evening baseball game. The view of the harbor was gorgeous and the many large windows made you feel a part of it wherever you were in the apartment. Perched on the hillside, we had many close neighbors, but the angle of the property made it very private at the same time. You do hear the sounds of Charlotte Amalie around you, but that is to be expected when staying in town. We did not rent a car and that worked fine for us. Everything we needed was available within a half mile walk or so and we used the Safari Bus ($2 rides) and an occasional taxi to get to the beaches. And, the ferry to St John was a short walk away! All-n-all, a great vacation! Thanks Larik!

My friend & I had a brilliant Easter weekend at Michael’s place! It’s a hidden gem down the quaint backstreets of Charlotte Amalie. Even better than the photos & absolutely huge, it’s a great spot for friends or two couples to stay. The decor is gorgeous & the beds were super comfortable. Michael was very responsive & accommodating with our request for a flexible check-out, which was much appreciated. His local recommendations were spot on too! We’ll definitely be back!

This house is awesome! Perfect for our family vacation. The house and amenities are exactly as described, the view is even better than the pictures. Huge patio, nice grill, heated pool with jets and lights for nighttime swimming was great. Just a short drive to the best beaches. Stacie and Mark were very friendly and helpful, and responded very quickly every time I reached out to them. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Saint Thomas.

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out! Suzy was very responsive to any requests or questions we had.

It has absolutely stunning views and it was very peaceful When they recommend an SUV or bigger, pay attention. We had a smaller SUV and with 4 adults in the car there were moments we weren’t sure if the car could handle the drive. Glad we didn’t opt for a smaller car.

CJ and Martina's place is incredible! It's clean and well-stocked with a gorgeous view. Our entire family stayed for our 20th anniversary and for our parents' 50th anniversary. CJ and Martina were so helpful and put so much thought into the house. Staying there made the trip so pleasant and stress-free -- comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, mosquito oil lamps, beach towels and chairs, AC units in the bedrooms, Tesla power generator, the washer and dryer... I could keep going. Not every home on the island has as much thought and care as this one, and certainly not every host is as responsive and exceptional as CJ and Martina. They went above-and-beyond. I have no complaints.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Tristen was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. Her property manager was also incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The views from the property are unmatched—panoramic sights of the Virgin Islands that left us speechless every single day. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our group of 9 had more than enough space. Each bedroom offered plenty of privacy, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool! It truly felt like our own private paradise. We would gladly stay here again the next time we’re in St. Thomas. Highly recommend!

The place was amazing! The view was incredible and place was well furnished. We would detina consider coming back!

The place was exactly as the pictures. The host was friendly respectful responsive and made my friends and I feel comfortable and welcomed. He also explained safety precautions if the weather was to change and how to make sure we had power and water. We cooked dinner most of the nights and the cabinets were filled with seasons spices aluminum foil, plastic bags, Tupperware, cooking, dishware, microwave, pots, and pans, all the things we needed to cook. They also provided toiletries trash bags towels, washcloths and also has a washer and dryer. The pool was very clean and clear with an amazing view. Both of the master bedrooms have a balcony. My friends and I will only book with this host when we are in town. Thank you so much for making our vacation enjoyable and relaxing! See you soon :)

Very spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. Great view of Charlotte Amalie and the harbor. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but close enough to drive in for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. Central location also allows easy access to the north side of the island's beaches and restaurants. Ample parking is a huge benefit here!

I felt right at home in this unit and had everything I needed at my disposal. The linens were clean and tidy and there was enough space for items in the closet. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I loved that there was a private balcony a great place for early morning meditation. The host was kind, proactive, responded quickly, and showed much hospitality. This unit is just waiting for the right person—who got next? Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed the lovely views and the peaceful, welcoming neighbors. My only complaint was that the beds were really firm, which isn't my preferred kind of mattress.

El apartamento está súper equipado. Es muy cómodo para las 8 personas que puede alojar. En la cocina encontrarás de todas las utilidades y también tenía toallas, sábanas y almohadas extras. El apartamento cuenta con TV, lavadora y secadora, sistema de Alexa y aire acondicionado en una habitacion y en la sala pero mantiene frío todo el apartamento. No lo recomiendo para personas con limitaciones de movimientos ya que hay que subir escaleras (bastantes). La ubicación es perfecta aunque la zona no es segura (nos enteramos luego) aclarando que no tuve inconvenientes. Los edificios no tienen muy buen aspecto, sin embargo, el apartamento no es así. Moses fue muy amable, accesible y siempre estuvo disponible cuando nos comunicábamos. Tuvimos una buena estancia y no tenemos quejas ni del anfitrión ni del apartamento.

Had a great Valentines weekend getaway with my girlfriend. Awesome place to stay for 2 people. Stunning views, nice and safe community. I recommend renting a jeep or some type of SUV for getting around the windy hilly roads.

I stayed at Donna’s place for my birthday trip. When I arrived, I was surprised with birthday treats; gestures like that go a long way! ❤️ The place is absolutely beautiful, quiet, clean, spacious, and located near several tourist areas. Donna fully equipped the condo with EVERYTHING you can think of, and she’s a super responsive host! You’ll LOVE it there!! Thanks again Donna for everything!
