Cute 1/1 apartment located on quiet side of St. Thomas. Walking distance to Hull Bay Beach (Downhill there, uphill back)“The Shack” is super convenient to grab a bite/drink (at Hull Bay) “Fish Bar” never disappoints and is super close too, so good! Enjoy views from small deck located off the driveway (not attached to room but designated for the unit) has a small grill, umbrella, and chairs. Your unit has a private entrance 5 steps down from your dedicated parking space. Note: 1. There is no smoking allowed on the deck or in the apartment. 2. Unlike many Airbnbs we do NOT charge a cleaning fee so we ask our guests to sweep and wash their dishes before leaving. 3. No more than 4 guests at ANY time.

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Suite centrally located. All races/religions are welcomed. Smoking is not allowed in the suite, or on the property. So if you do smoke, you can do so off Property. The owners, who live upstairs in the main house on the property, are fun loving, warm, welcoming, and are available at anytime for questions to help make your stay enjoyable. Note: the patio is not meant for large gatherings. If you would like to use the patio for a small event, contact us.

My place is close to the city center, shopping center, movie theater, 15 Minutes away from the world famous Magen's Bay & 15 minutes away from Main Street, Charlotte Amalie. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Back up generator on premises.
