This home is located in the NPort historic district, a short 1-2 block walk to Billy’s, City Cafe, Mark’s Mart, and the selfie-famous Roll Tide Bridge & 2.5 mi. to UA campus & .5 mi. to Kentuck. The back yard is ready for you. There are 2 separate spaces to watch TV. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals.
