We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!

Gary, the host, did everything in line with me. My friend broke the check-in time and waited until late at night even though there was a problem. The accommodation was clean and like my home. I don't know if it's because I don't have the next schedule, but they adjusted the checkout time and provided me with convenience. There is a food court where you can enjoy clean local food in 5 minutes on foot, and Maya Soping Mall is also a 6-jun on foot, so it was very comfortable. Very quiet, private place that is within 10 minutes of bustling streets. Great value - nice, big space with a strong AC unit in each room. Cyril and his wife were also very responsive to anything I needed.

We had such a lovely stay at the apartment in Chang Phueak! It was super clean and spacious, with a perfect location near restaurants, malls, and the night market. Jennie and her team were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We absolutely recommend staying here—it was just perfect!

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

Such a great stay. If you want to be close to Nimman, this is the place. Very walkable. The garden was also beautiful. Host was always responsive and gave great recs.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Damien's. It's near the White Temple, close to a 7/11. CON: The heater didnt get the bath hot enough.

Fon's place is located in the old city, making it easy to explore the Saturday and Sunday markets. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven are just a short 5–10-minute walk away. We absolutely loved the beautifully decorated yard, designed in an elegant Lanna style. All the instructions were clear, and Fon was incredibly friendly and responsive.

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

The apartment is clean and quiet, in a quiet alley, next door there is a small shop, very convenient, nearby to massage and eat, CP value is super high

Utopai is not just a comfy place to lay your head, it truly is a life changing experience. The grounds are an absolute dream. We spent our mornings sunning by the pool, our afternoons relaxing by the creek and our evenings taking in the magical energy of the pool house. We stayed at the Stone Garden House which was a perfect set up for two couples. The home is located close to the pool but facing away, allowing you to feel truly secluded in the jungle. Mon and Cliff were wonderful hosts. Both seasoned travelers, they naturally knew when and how to give us space, while still always available, making us feel comfortable and like we were leaving behind a home and new friends in Pai. They accommodated all of our requests - food delivery, scheduled massages and acupuncture on sight, and even set up a birthday gathering! Thank you for sharing your space and energy with us. From four travelers who stay in, own and personally run Airbnbs, one million stars! This place is an absolute gem. ♥️

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Nimman 1, Maya Mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony has a magnificent mountain view.The Host responded quickly and communication was smooth.The owner was happy to allow a late check-out for temporary reasons.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.There is renovation during the stay, and there is sometimes noise during working hours, which is unavoidable.The balcony door has a mosquito net, it's sealed, but you can still hear the plane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back if I get the chance. Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.
