Villa vacation rentals in Northern Thailand

An absolute steal deal and a wonderful place along with an amazing host. We were travelling with an infant and the house was spacious enough to accomodate all 7 of us, including the baby. The quaint chirping of birds to wake up to, spick and span house when we entered and everything was exactly as described. No hidden surprises that could cause a holiday to go bad. The host was proactive with clear instructions and was always available and responsive when we needed anything answered. The location is just perfect, nestled between temples, night markets a plenty and good gentry around due to Marriot, Movenpick, Intercontinental just a stones throw away. I really wish this place had a pool and it would be like a 5 star listing for sure. Looking to revisit soon. Just loved the hospitality and the overall experience. One of the best locations, very kind and helpful hosts. Plan a longer stay, as the villa has so many amenities - we didn’t have time to use everything. Bikes, swimming pool, billiard, barbecue etc. Villa very clean and pleasantly odored.

Great location with a private pool. We really enjoyed the space and central location, it meant we could walk most places and return for short breaks to cool off in the pool before heading out again. All bedrooms had an ensuite and were spacious. A great option for groups travelling together

Can’t recommend this place enough ! Had a little tear slip down my eye when I left after staying over one week here. The house is a dream, the staff is so helpful and friendly , the WIFI was great and I could work form there with no problem, there’s lots of animals and lovely niegubours ! If I could rate this place 10 I would ! Don’t give it a second think and stay here 💛💛💛

We really loved our stay here. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. And our one-year-old had such a blast in the swimming pool. We loved the tamarind fruits falling from the trees and they have become my son’s favorite snack. It’s true the when we first heard the fruits falling in the roof, it startled us a little but later on we fell in love with the sounds. It gives the house life and special energy. And we really enjoyed the company of the lovely family of the housekeeper and their two cats. The sweetest ever. I would strongly recommend family and friends to stay here and maybe for a longer time. We stayed over a week and were sad to leave.

Amazing property right in the old town centre - around the corner from all the cafes, bars and restaurants - if you happen to be there on Sunday the street market is just at the exit of the little street right by the house. Location is perfect - central but quiet and private. Huge house with lovely pool - we were 2 families of 5 and had plenty of space! Very clean - we didn’t use kitchen much as the restaurants around are amazing! And the massage place 1min walk highly recommended! All in all amazing place and great host!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful pool villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. surrounded by greenery, and perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. We spent most of our afternoons lounging poolside and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The host was fantastic – super friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Check-in was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described in the listing

our villa that we were originally supposed to stay in was damaged in the earthquake. the host was very kind to find us an alternative place to stay for my family of 18 adults. the villa was amazing, with spacious rooms and amenities. villa is situated in a nice neighborhood with no road noise. the host communicated very well with us in all the help we needed. overall an amazing villa!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Naphat and her team went above and beyond- finding me massages, providing babysitting services, cooking tasty meals even getting me medicine when I got sick (respiratory bug caught on plane) . Highly recommend

We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

We had an amazing stay at the villa! The interior was beautifully designed — modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a truly luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The wireless connection was strong and seamless throughout the property, which made it easy to stay connected when needed. The design of the space was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and the entire villa was spotless upon arrival. Kitchen was amazing well equipped with all the necessaries. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-designed getaway!

I had a pleasure of staying at this incredible villa. The villa itself was an oasis of comfort and luxury. The spaciousness and the beautifully manicured garden of the villa allowed us to feel relaxed and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fabulous private pool!!! The water is clear and pristine, not only the pool was impeccably maintained, but the addition of floaty and pool ball provided was a delightful surprise! The host was very responsive and helpful. When we reached out for additional blanket, they responded promptly and arranged speedy delivery to our villa. The location of the villa was a bit difficult to find, yet the host gave us immediate and easy-to-follow instructions upon our enquiry. Despite a few minor issues such as many insects and some noise from the construction right next to the villa, the villa's combination of luxury amenities, pool facilities and beautiful greenery make it an outstanding holiday destination!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

The house was exactly as described, and the owner and housekeeper were in close contact with us, preparing a lot of steamed water for us to use during our stay

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

Staying at this home on top of a pineapple plantation outside of Chiang Rai was like a dream. Waking up to the fog rising over the mountains and the river below was pure magic. The bird watching and other wildlife brought us so much joy. The house is well-equipped with everything you’d want for a peaceful hideaway, yet close enough to the city to enjoy the scenic drive through the countryside. Vale was a gracious and thoughtful host—we truly enjoyed getting to know him a little. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house - a really special stay. The bedrooms were very nice. There was lots of things for our children to play with as well as a pool ( e.g badminton bats,Ping pong tables and balls) they had a fantastic time. Alex was really helpful before after and during.😊

We had a lovely time in this area of Chiang Mai! Easily accessible by Grab, in the center but not too much and with a nice street life. A nice place not far away for delicious breakfasts. the accommodation was well organized clean, and upon arrival, water and small snacks were offered to us! Really, I recommend it!

It was a pleasant stay and it felt like home in Mae Rim Grace. House keeper Pen was very friendly and responsive, her team did a great job taking care of our needs .

We enjoyed our time at Pop and Ians very much. Our daughter loved the Environment.
