Villa vacation rentals in Northern Province

Our stay at Sinduruban’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sinduruban was incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to answer. He was very flexible with even with the check out time. I would recommend Sinduruban’s place to anybody who is looking for a perfect place to stay in Jaffna.

A family of four of us had a great stay. We booked the house for extra rooms to accommodate people who visited us. Never had anywhere near full capacity but no doubt it would have been easily enough to accommodate 10 people. During our stay in various parts of SL during this trip, we stayed at several accoms, but this was one of the good ones. A/C was a saviour during the horribly hot and extremely humid days but again we hardly stayed home, except for nights. Overall, a pleasant experience staying there and would definitely look to stay again. recommend this place for anyone who wants a bit of home atmosphere with a bit of affordable luxury.

Great place if you visit Jaffna and surroundings. Because every place you want to visit is around this location. Easily accessible. Location has space for 10 people and kitchen also available for a making food by own. Only two rooms has A/C , attached bathroom and hot water. Other room has the fan and outside bathroom and shower. Water supply is excellent and there is well to have good bath if you have that kind of craving. Extremely responsible person look after everything. Parking and safety is not an issue here.

Amazing spot. House feels spacious. The garden is amazing and kinda has its own beach:) Highly recommended

The staff at the villa are well trained and eager to help you with everything needed, We had many meals at the villa prepared as per our traditional Jaffna style cuisine unique to only northern Sri Lanka, an excellent way to experience the culture through their culinary art. If you stay here, dont miss out on the traditional seafood soup called "Kool" they make on the spot by a special Chef. If you truly want to experience the culture and food of the Northern Sri Lanka, stay at Suluxshan's villa is a gateway to that experience.
