We offer free private parking in the back of our home and patio access, which you will share with the host. Our home is located in the border of Edgewood/Brookland DC and close to many restaurants, shops, parks, breweries, and our personal favorite, the metropolitan branch trail. We are a 10-min walk to the red-line metro, and a 15-min bike or drive to the national mall (US Capitol/museums).

We're close to Rock Creek Park, the many restaurants and coffee shops of Petworth and Columbia Heights, and just a short bus ride from the downtown tourist sites. 16th St Heights is worthy of a little exploration in its own right, with a fantastic farmers market, beloved local eateries like Moreland’s Tavern and Highlands Café, and miles of forested bike/jogging trails in Rock Creek Park just a short walk away.

This recently renovated unit covers the entire first floor of a rowhouse and can fit up to four guests with a queen bed and queen air mattress. It also has outdoor space shared with the upstairs unit! Shopping, restaurants, the Beltway and outdoor recreation are minutes away. Guest has use of patio with table and chairs and a large back yard to sit and enjoy in good weather.

Solar-powered end unit property with tons of natural light. Recently renovated row home with a separate lower unit apartment near Union Market and NoMa. Note: The guest who left the 1 star review smoked weed in the unit and was mad at me for saying no smoking allowed. I’ve never gotten a 1 star review and that guest was the worst guest I’ve ever hosted.
