Vacation rentals in Northampton County

Sarah knows hospitality. The home was larger than I thought so there was plenty of space to check out. Things done exceptionally well: clean white towels (always a winner yet many hosts don't know this); Black makeup towels so you don't ruin the nice white towels - that was clutch; clean white bed sheets; little bathroom amenities in case you need something; CLEAN screened in porch deck (no cobwebs); uncluttered kitchen with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving feast; large, seemingly commercial refrigerator that both my friend and I want for our own kitchens now; and lots of broadband fast wifi. Even the laundry room was neat and tidy, and with a 3rd toilet just in case... my doggy loved lounging (I bring her bed wherever we go, never allow her on human furniture) and she was comfortable in every room that held her bed.. She felt right at home which was nice. We're coming back when it's warm so we can put some floats out in the water. Great peaceful, and restful location!!!

Monica’s place was beautiful, photos were not as nice as the house and the property actually were. Location was just what we were looking for private but only 5 minutes to town. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone.

Great location and views! We spend most of our time on the water so having the boathouse so close and hardly any steps was a huge plus! I like a lot of places in Lake Gaston. Very easy to go back and forth to the house (we are always forgetting things.) Huge bonus having a refrigerator on the dock. The house was beautiful, comfortable beds and linens, very large kitchen with plenty of room to cook. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the large deck. Great long weekend all around.

Such a cute, cozy house. The lake view was wonderful and it was so peaceful and quiet. The screened in back porch was very relaxing and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

I went to North Carolina with my family to visit our son and his university - and wanted to stay close to the university - Jill’s home was the best choice. The home was very clean , neat, bedding and bed was comfortable - bathrooms were immaculate in addition to the kitchen, this is where we all spent most of our socializing by cooking and eating❤️ great home. The Browns would recommend Jill’s home 100%

We had a great stay! A few friends and I went down for a relaxing birthday weekend. The place was perfect and there was a great amount of space for everyone! The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed and more. The bathrooms and bedrooms are so spacious and was perfect for my group of friends.

Exactly as it is listed. So beautiful and lots of entertainment. Helpful and quick with any questions we had! We loved everything about this trip!

This was our family’s second visit to Jennifer’s Lake Gaston house for Thanksgiving and we so enjoyed our time there! The house is spacious with a beautiful and quiet location on the lake. It’s so generous of the host to allow use of the kayaks and canoe, which makes this place truly extra special. The dock and other outdoor spaces are also lovely and the area is great for taking long walks. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and Jennifer is an extremely responsive host.

We had a wonderful Christmas week with family. We had fun playing foosball and we took our own two kayaks which we were able to use a couple of days. The view from the back yard was stunning and the sunsets were beautiful. We used the firepit one afternoon and had s'mores. The house is roomy and cozy at the same time and Robert & Beverly were terrific hosts.
