Victoria's place was fantastic- easy access to Sleeman Sports centre and perfect for a walk along the beach. Plenty of places to eat and just a 30min drive into South Bank. The unit was spotless and had everything you need for a short stay. The outside space was excellent.

Neil's place is magical and a perfectplace to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary with our family. The whole home is so well kept, from the beautiful gardens to the treasures and novalties throughout the house. It was homely and artistic at the same time, which was amazing. They obviously take great pride in hosting and everything was thought of from plenty of the basics to the little things like umbrellas, fluffy cushions, books, cds, bath robes, all the way down to a hand juicer for our lemons. The kids loved the kayaks and we loved the peace and quiet. You couldn't ask for more and we will definitely book again. Thank you so much!

We had a great time at Sylvia’s place and left 5 stars. Silvia included lots of thoughtful and helpful touches such as laundry powder, biscuits, insect repellent. I would recommend using that! The pool was beautiful and you felt private inside the home and around the pool, although you do hear noise from upstairs and we found the bed moves a lot when one person moves. Silvia had done a great job and you can see she’s put in a lot of effort.

'Shells on the Bay'........Right on the foreshore!

We booked a week here on our 4th week of travel & it was beyond perfect for a place to just chill out and regroup. Model home beautiful & all we needed to cook in & be comfortable. Beautiful boat harbor views and long coastal walking path just outside. Ian & Shelley are friendly and invited us to share a "bubbly" after finding out it was our anniversary! Ian's suggestion of the ferry to "Straddie" was spot on perfect! Loved the pool to cool off and stretch out. We took the train to Brisbane to ride bikes on its cycle ways, train station is about 15 minute uphill walk. Wonderful stay!

Had the pleasure of staying at Shannon's place for a wedding this week. It had a great view of the beach, lovely balcony to sit and relax on, easy beach access and walking distance to some great cafes. Apartment was spotless, comfortable, fresh linens and fully equipped kitchen. I wish we'd been able to stay longer and will definitely stay again the next time I'm at Straddie!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would highly recommend it! The location is unbeatable—right on the water, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Bernice was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions and helpful guidance to make planning our stay easy. Although the weather wasn’t on our side, the comfortable and well-equipped accommodation allowed us to fully enjoy our time on Russell Island. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit!

Sheryl and John were warm and accommodating. While I would have loved far more time on island and in conversation with them, they gave me space to enjoy the peace and quiet in their granny flat, the hot tub, exploring the island, and, in particular, kayaking in hopes of spotting turtles and dugongs!

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed Natalie’s apartment, a very calm and relaxing place! Natalie was welcoming and responsive, she answered our requests fast and had everything we needed We loved our stay and will surely miss the vibes of the whole place, island, people etc I definitely recommend! 😁

We had a very enjoyable weekend away at Stradbroke island/minjerribah and found the apartment very comfortable and spacious. Short walk walk to shops and beach, and pool was great for the kids

Our stay (2 weeks) at Michael's place was just great. Michael was quite responsive to any of our needs. The location was great. If you have kids, they will love the swimming area in the park across the street. Very easy to get to the train station for trips into Brisbane or to other locations. Also easy access to restaurants and other shopping. We saw another guest complained about traffic noise. This was not our experience. While there is some typical noise from the fairly busy road, we heard no evidence of racing engines or any non-typical traffic. At night, there were not issues at all. The unit is accurately represented in the photos.

Absolutely loved Pamela's place. Right on the water, it was wonderful waking to gently lapping waves. The area was beautiful and quiet, with great nearby walks. Pamela's place was high set, though very few steps, and private, with a wonderful aspect. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights on Macleay Island, a well kept secret.

Place was great stay for me and the family the Manly location was beautiful very close to coastal strip with plenty of spots to grab a nice bite to eat close by. The house was great setup and kids loved swimming in the pool as much as they could.
