Stayed here with my wife and dog after moving here from NZ. In the end we stayed for 2.5 months and we are grateful for Eleni’s flexibility as she had to swap things around. Apartment is close, as in walking distance, to Wynnum centre with shops and restaurants galore. Train station to CBD is visible from the balcony. We highly recommend Eleni as a host and the apartment as a comfortable place to stay. You will enjoy it!

À lovely house which we thoroughly enjoyed. The only thing lacking was a shady location at the back in the mornings.

Shannon’s AirBnB was conveniently located for the purpose of our visit. The place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we required for our stay with the added bonus of secure on site parking. Shannon was a great host who communicated well and accommodated our preferences perfectly.

We stayed for a month here and the apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious. Check in/out was easy and instructions were clear. Close to public transport and the bus station, as well as grocery and restaurants. We recommend this property and would stay here again.

we had a wonderful time in the apartment. everything was exactly as described. very clean and very well equipped. The contact with the landlord was perfect and very quick. we can recommend this accommodation!

We rented the apartment for just over a month, and it met all our needs. In fact, we were very comfortable. It is located close to the local amenities, the marina and the train station, and so is very convenient to meet a variety of needs. Adam was very friendly and willing to help.

We would certainly recommend Kym’s place. Ideal location to Cleveland shopping centre, Cleveland markets, a short walk to the ocean, swimming available and other comfortable walking to many other areas in Cleveland. Access to the local bowling club, RSL and many restaurants in Raby Bay and the areas of Cleveland. All within walking distance. The building has underground parking. Easy to enter and depart. A lift to the room. Air conditioning. 3 large bedrooms and a large study. Great kitchen with utensils to use. Beautiful views when it rains or when watching the sun rise. Balcony to sit out on to your cuppa/lunch/dinner or just on the balcony to enjoy the quiet times. A lovely pool is also here. Friends came over to visit and were quite impressed with the size of the apartment and the views. Thankyou to Kym and her family for assisting us while we were in residence.

Truly a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a rest. This included our dog, who enjoy the outside area and pondering across the water view. Caught up on some book reading, and local events. Will be a place to return to, perfect for a small family, 2 couples on a catchup, or just 2 adults and dog needing a great place to rest and enjoy the surroundings
