Lynne is truly the best host we’ve ever had. She welcomed us with a big smile, warmth, and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. The place is absolutely lovely, with breathtaking views, excellent bedding, and beautiful furniture. Everything was thoughtfully prepared,homemade muffins (they were amazing!), snacks, chocolates, and even asking for our milk and wine preferences! Her hospitality truly went above and beyond. Lynne made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. We left feeling relaxed and really appreciated the care she put into every detail. Highly recommend—we’d definitely book again. Thanks, Lynne!

Had a great stay at Simon's place. Incredible area, very walkable and close to transit. Instructions were very clear to get in and use the carpark. Great spot to kick off our New Zealand adventure.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Lara’s apartment is located close to the marina and overlooks the water ! It’s very peaceful and quiet. Just a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of the marina and its restaurants. But still very peaceful and we could get a good night’s sleep. Furniture, kitchen and equipments all seem very new and modern with no signs of wear and tear. Parking was very convenient , right under the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a place in Auckland.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

We had friends around the corner in Torbay. Browns Bay is bigger and only a short (steep) walk down. The Bark and Brew was our fave coffee place. I swam the bay every day. Safe beech. Spacious accommodation with a proper lounge and separate bedroom. Great bed. I think the telly is Sky but we never turned it on! Good wifi. Loads of stuff in the kitchen. It’s all just great!

The house was great, awesome location, beautiful views, easy walk to the beach and local cafe, all amenities were provided, spa was a nice bonus. The whole family enjoyed there stay, beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, Kane was responsive on the only query we had which was how to use the tv downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great long weekend stay. The beds were very comfortable, the garden was lovely for soaking up the sun and we felt right at home. The location was also great, very close to Surfdale beach and an easy walk to the shop and cafe for a morning coffee. Would definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful, great decks, great views five star plus. Love the hot tub. Use the garage for plan some darts and a bit of poor. Pretty close walk to the beach. Didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much. 😊 😊

This is my second stay at William's lovely house. The house is super cozy, well appointed, and the views are amazing. I highly recommend it. Do pay attention to the stairs, there are a lot, but worth the effort!

Awhitu zen was such a beautiful stay and had many small surprises making it even more amazing than what we expected. The property was so nice I didn't want to plan much else for those two days. The wood burning hot tub was also a nice touch and created a very nice smell around the house. Thank you Barbara for the perfect few days before school begins again!

Great location when you are looking for a quiet space, surrounded by trees and a view of Manukau Estuary.

The view was wonderful. Great location. Kayaks & water equipment were in great condition. Beds firm & very comfortable. Water pressure great. Appreciated that kitchen had a decent, sharp set of knives, a nice touch.

Great place. aweesome view if you love the harbour and boats. some clubs are loud over the weekend, but listening to live music on the deck is not as terrible as it sounds (and its alot quieter if youre inside with the doors/windows closed). The cafes, restaurants and bars that are on your doorstep have great food and atmosphere. I can recommend Giraffe, White and Wongs, and Wildfire from this trip. The ferry terminal is 5-10 minutes walk from your door, so exploring the islands in the hauraki Gulf is right there. Lots of shopping and malls are 5-10 minutes walk inland. it's a great location with everything very close by and what isn't, is just a short uber or lime/flamingo scooter ride away. Warm, caring host thats very helpful, responsive, and lovely to deal with. Thank you once again Becky.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Great location close to everything but still peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The location of the air bnb is right next to the harbor area and many things are within walking distance. This was a great location, clean and the host was so easy to work with. I would rent this unit again and I highly recommend it to others.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
