Guesthouse vacation rentals in North Sea

We felt very comfortable with Astrid and the whole family took her straight to heart. The house had everything you needed. The basic equipment was sparkling clean and abundantly available. The kitchen was excellently equipped compared to many other apartments and the dishwashing utensils were very clean or new. We were reminded several times that we can contact them at any time for anything. The communication was excellent. The access to the parking lot was too narrow for us, but we were able to park on the street as an alternative. We got good tips for the area and had a lovely few days.

Great little find. Visiting as a small group, we didn't want to stay in the busy city of Middlberg as we were cycling and sightseeing around the Walcheren. This place was ideal as it was placed in the picturesque peaceful countryside but had the benefit of the village of Koudekerke and its supermarket only a 1.5 walk away. Good routes for both bikes and cars meant exploring the island and surrounding area was easy. Bianca was a lovely helpful host and we had good communications before and during our stay. The Airbnb was exactly as described/shown in the photos and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well furnished with utensils and had most of the things you'd need to self-cater. It is an ideal spot for a small family looking to explore or visit the islands beaches but also wanting some peace and quiet. Will look to come again with the family.

Very nice, quietly located house (I rarely heard the church bells); you can walk immediately into the fields, it is well connected, and right next door is a good restaurant. By bike you can reach the sea in 20 minutes - with a great beach! I immediately felt at home and slept veeeery well. Pas is super helpful and responds immediately if there is an issue. If necessary, there is even a mobile fence so that the dog can go outside (if it is not too wild). The only thing I, a sun worshiper, missed in April was a protected, sunny place outside - the windows face west, the terrace is on the north side. Optimal in summer. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is huge, has an excellent kitchen and is good value for money. Great and regular communication by the hosts. I can highly recommend this stay.

Wonderful place! Very spacious garden. Cozy house. Beautiful between the horses and trees. Deliciously those bird sounds. Super friendly host. Highly recommended!

With Kristien, you can relax he-le-maal! It is a beautiful house where you will not lack anything. Everything is spotlessly clean and new! Everywhere there is green and nature. The lounge area with sauna is the icing on the cake. I will definitely be back!

Jet's vacation home was great! We went with 5 girls on a girlfriend weekend and this was exactly a house we were looking for, nice and large, large dining table where the 5 of us painted and had a nice meal. Plus and deep fryer a 3-minute drive which was very nice. The cottage itself was incredibly neat and clean on arrival and we were warmly welcomed. The shower was very top! Very spacious and wonderfully warm in the bathroom. Enough towels and other items are available. And the sleeping loft was fantastic!!! Sleeping together and waking up with a lovely sunrise;) Slept well in nice beds! And the location was completely fine for us. We were in Nijmegen in 20 minutes. And 20 minutes away from a scooter rental where we were able to rent 5 great choppers to drive through Maas and Waal land for an afternoon. In short, very much enjoyed this weekend!

Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, we were missing proper support cushions for the neck. The wifi often lacked the connection, it often broke off. Maybe an amplifier would help. Some cobwebs were visible in the door frame at the top and in the kitchen. The mirrors could have been cleaner too. Once the fuse flew out when I wanted to use the toaster. Maybe something is wrong with the device. Otherwise we felt very, very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was plenty of space for our family gathering. All of this is just for improving the next stay. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you for the wonderful time and the friendly hostess.

We had wonderful days in the cottage! The contact with Annerike and Martin went smoothly and they came with nice tips on what to do in the area. The house was lovely, in a quiet area and equipped with every comfort. We will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable and the hosts were super friendly :) We especially liked that there was enough of everything (coffee capsules, shampoo, dishwasher tabs, etc.) - many German hosts could learn a thing or two. We will be happy to come back!

Small but very nice! The apartment offers enough space for two people, was sparkling clean, well thought out and harmoniously and comfortably furnished with a lot of love. The 'staircase' up to the bedroom is a bit easier to climb each time, but it could still be a bit of a challenge for some (steep and narrow). Hosts are super nice and very helpful!

Thank you for a great stay at Megan's place. We felt very comfortable. The small forest that joins the property was simply enchanting. Our little one could hardly wait to walk on the tree swing in the morning after getting up. Thank you so much for that. And then there were fresh eggs in the fridge and a small bag of fresh apples and pears. Very friendly hosts. We are happy to recommend the place. All the best to you😊.

An incredibly beautiful and tastefully decorated place, for 2 people it is perfect!!! We had 2 teenage girls with us and since the rooms are without doors (only separated with a curtain) it took some getting used to and the couch is more for sleepers who prefer to sleep on harder documents (but enough for 2 people, is nice and cozy). But for 2. It is great and absolutely recommended also because of a small terrace in the garden - simply fantastic! This is also a great place to stay longer than just a weekend😊. The connection to the public transport is practically in front of the door, so you can leave the car. All in all a really great place to stay!

We felt very comfortable. Adrie was within easy reach at all times. For us with 2 dogs it was great, as we could explore many new paths on foot. The house was quiet and well equipped. For 8 people there was enough space in the common areas and the bedrooms are also a great size. We will be happy to come back.

This is a beautiful Airbnb in a residential neighborhood. The setting is so peaceful and private. The pictures are accurate and this Airbnb is a great value considering that Erna, the host, provides an elaborate breakfast in addition to a spotlessly clean and well supplied cottage. This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in!

Martine is a very friendly Host. She gave us a lot of Tipps waa very helpful. The Air B&B was very comfortable, clean and we loved it. Thanks for that.

Lovingly decorated, clean and cozy, typical Dutch steep stairs (but we expected that), the shower was very small, but sufficient for the short time. The location is ideal and very quiet, we would come back any time, thank you, also for the wine on arrival🙂

This was the second time we have stayed with Anna-Marie. It’s an outstanding place to stay , and we are always made to feel very welcome . The accommodation is perfect and in beautiful surroundings . Great if you’re keen in cycling and central if you wish to visit Brussels, Ghent or Antwerp. My young family just love staying here and will be talking about it for weeks ! thanks gain for another memorable stay .

An amazing find! Frans’ place is so unique and beautiful. The boat is a fun adventure and Frans did a great tutorial for me. They were both super flexible and accommodating, and their son too. The little cottage is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. Got amazing sleep on the island so peaceful. Very easy parking setup too for my rental car. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
