The house is cozy, comfortable, cleaned, and in a great location. You will find a very close mall with stores, restaurantes, and a Publix. We had an amazing and relaxing stay. We felt like home! I really recommend this place!

Polly really went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She had all of her communication bases covered even for a last minute booking. She made sure I was aware of the parking location, made sure them accommodations were easily accessible and offered clear instructions on accessing the WiFi. I would definitely stay again.

Ryan home was awesome! Although I didn’t get to enjoy many of the amenities due to my own itinerary, the environment was great, the host was very responsive, and the overall experience was smooth. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone traveling with a group of 3 or more!

The house was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Tampa. The area has a ton to do nearby, and it’s a quick jump to downtown Tampa. The house was the best equipped house we’ve ever stayed at from top to bottom. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those coming to the area.

I was extremely impressed with David’s home. He had a welcome book with instructions and local recommendations. His house was immaculate and well maintained. He even had chairs and umbrella for the beach! I felt right at home. Thank you David! You go above and beyond to make your guest feel at home and it is noted!! I will definitely book with you again!

This house is wonderful. Extremely clean and comfortable. There is a ton of space on the back patio and the pool was in pristine condition. This truly felt like home. We will absolutely book again!

This place is incredibly close to a beautiful beach. Walk out the door, down the stairs, turn right, walk for a minute and your feet are in the sand. We didn't leave the beach so can't give info on the area. This was exactly what we wanted. A place with a kitchen and close to a beach. Perfection. I would prefer a different shower head for washing my hair but that would not keep us from visiting again. The owners also have so many beach amenities available as well which makes packing light. 5 stars!!!!!!

We walked in and immediately felt happy and welcomed! Was bright, sparkling and clean and we felt almost spoiled by such a beautiful place! It accommodated our family of 12 nicely! The deck was relaxing and beach just a short walk. We enjoyed the heated pool as well! Our family really enjoyed our time together here. This penthouse was a highlight of our vacation! There is a grocery store next door……. Very convenient

the house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! the master bed was actually heaven. and we all fought over the amazing shower head in the main bathroom. the location is absolutely perfect just far enough from the beach but just right over the bridge to get there quickly. and walmart being right behind it comes in handy for all the items you find out you forgot to bring. will absolutely be booking again with her. already looking at 2 more weekends for this summer. we did not take advantage of the golf cart since we had a rental car but will definitely be using it next time!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and peaceful Airbnb. The place was quiet, well-maintained, and packed with great amenities. We picked this listing because we wanted a home base where we could hang out as a whole family. From the pool, to the comfy living room and dining room set up, there was always space for all of us. This is probably one of the most well stocked rentals I've been to. From kitchen items to extra bedding and beach/pool items, whatever you can possibly need was there!

The Best Airbnb Stay We’ve Ever Had! I truly can’t say enough good things about our stay at Steven and Nicole’s beautiful home in Seminole. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and kind. The communication was seamless, the instructions were clear, and their warmth was felt in every interaction. The home itself? Absolute perfection. It was immaculate, smelled so amazing the moment we walked in (I have since ordered the same diffusers for my home it smelled that great!!) and was stocked with every amenity imaginable — from fresh linens and full-sized toiletries to beach chairs, towels, and even a wagon for the beach. Every little detail had been thought through with care. It felt like we were walking into a boutique coastal retreat, not just a rental. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed while still feeling private and relaxing.I’ve already told my parents this is where they need to stay when they visit! 10 stars!! Great location with easy access to beach and short walk to restaurants at boardwalk. About 30 minutes to a rays game or Airport (Pie).

The penthouse was even beyond our expectations. It was very modern, well decorated, clean, well equipped for our stay, including things for the beach. The view of the Sea Bay and Marina were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. Already thinking about a winter trip. Thank you, Mindy for being so accessible.

From beginning to end my experience was amazing. Great location and an awesome waterfront view. Nice restaurant in walking distance. The unit was clean and the hosting team was very helpful. I will definitely be visiting again sometime soon.

Gorgeous views, clean and nicely decorated condo with space for 7 people. Enjoyed meals on the balcony and alternating between the beach and pool. quiet condo complex. would stay again!

This Airbnb has a GORGEOUS view! It was so peaceful to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. And the beach was right there to walk down to. Was well-worth it to spend a week here away from my busy job - I’m leaving relaxed.

We came for our vacation 3 weeks after hurricanes Helene and Milton. Luckily, the condo was not damaged by either storm and Beth welcomed us with open arms! This beautiful dog friendly condo was perfect for myself, husband and elderly parents. There are a couple of grassy areas for the dogs to go potty. (I always worry about that while in a beach town). The stairs were easy for my parents to climb and the condo is only steps to the beach. The inside is beautifully decorated and the king size beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with for the week. I left my Tiffany’s earrings in a nightstand drawer but Shannon, the property manager, got them for me and returned them the next day! Highly recommend this place and I will definitely stay there again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We had a rest of the company of 10 people. Despite the fact that we had a lot, everyone felt very comfortable. In the house, everything is thought out to the smallest details. The owner responded to the message and answered very quickly. I really liked the location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. From the airport, we immediately stopped at Costco to buy all the products, but next to the house there was a supermarket where you could buy everything you needed. We will be happy to return to this house during our next vacation. Thank you very much to the owner for the hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Ollie’s Beach House! It was a great space with a comfy bed. We will definitely be staying there again!

I can't recommend this house enough! My wife and I stayed here for honeymoon, and it was comfortable, felt very cozy, and had a great view of the West Coast Intercostal. The deck chairs and hot tub were great to relax in. The location is also nice - minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and boat rentals, and about a half hour drive from Tampa and St. Pete. Deanna was very helpful and communicated well.

This was my first Airbnb experience and Wendy’s place did not disappoint! I needed somewhere to stay while I was in town for a couple of weeks. This suite was perfect. The kitchen, while not huge, has all of the amenities to put together a quick meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The bedroom has a wall-mounted TV that you can link your personal streaming services to during your stay and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and is equipped with a nice size shower that has a waterfall shower head and a separate flexible wand. And, most importantly, Wendy was an absolute pleasure to communicate with! Her response time was super quick - whether I had a question about checking in or just simply asking for a local coffee shop recommendation. Overall, if you need a place to stay for 1 or 2 people, I can’t recommend Wendy’s suite highly enough! It’s the perfect spot to lay your head after a day at the beach or exploring downtown Clearwater, St. Pete’s, or Tampa!
