It is perched directly over one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, famous for the unbelievable pink sand and turquoise water. The large beach Tiki Hut and the deck are a unique​ opportunity to enjoy the paradise from really close. The cottage is ideal for 2-4 guests, but we can accommodate larger groups​ as well. It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive. Newly installed generator. Please note the house is uses cistern (rain) water. We kindly ask that guests please conserve water.
