House vacation rentals in North Naples, Naples Park

We had a great stay and are already dreaming of our next visit to Sivys’s. The house was full of essentials, nothing was overlooked. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to so many local attractions. Beautiful outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great sizes. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. No detail was forgotten, a true gem!

It's a nice, new, house. Location is great. About a mile south of the busy area on Ft. Myers Beach. About a block to the beach. The pics show the beach entrance under a condo, but the condo has a ton of signs prohibiting beach access. We used it without a problem and there is public beach access 1/2 block south. The island is still recovering from IAN, be prepared for some construction noise.

We had a great time at Patrick's place. The house is spacious and well decorated. Everything was spotless upon arrival. The house has all the comforts you need (beds made, towels and pool towels, etc.). The pool is a big plus. Patrick was super responsive to our requests. Thank you so much!

Had a great stay at this home. Home has everything you could need for the stay and loved the location between Fort Myers and Naples. Easy drive to everything the area has to offer. Will definitely look to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, the home was easy to find, easy to access and in a great location with lots of amenities in close proximity. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool was lovely and the home has a great patio area for lounging on an evening. Lots of outdoor furniture to choose from. Night lights in the bathrooms and kitchen were great. Lots of equipment at the ready for use at the beach as well as bikes. Adequately equipped with towels and beach towels. Place was clean and tidy on arrival. I would definitely stay here again. Our recent stay at this home was simply the easiest and most beautiful vacation I've had. Ted answered our questions so quickly and made check in a breeze. The home is very well stocked for beach fun, a relaxing day be the pool in the backyard, or a restful nap in the quiet home. Just blocks from stores, beach, restaurants and a short drive to the Pier. The neighborhood is so quiet at night allowing us to peacefully relax outdoors. I really felt at home here and we will be using this home again upon our next visit. Thanks for making our vacation great.

One of the best place we’ve ever been. Liliya is a great host. The house was clean and had all the amenities you need. We really enjoyed staying with our parents at the place. Awesome patio and swimming pool. Will definitely stay again.

Great spot! Very clean, great neighborhood with friendly people, spacious place - the master suite is gorgeous! Recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Danielle was very proactive and communitive. She reached out to us several times to confirm that everything was ok. The house was everything we expected and the location was awesome!!

This home has everything we needed to relax on our vacation. It is very clean, spacious (we are a family of 4), and the heated private pool was such a nice bonus! Tena met us at the house as soon as we arrived to give us a tour and to go over little details such as light switches for the outdoor space etc. The neighborhood itself was quiet and close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Both Tena and Tim were incredible hosts, and responded to any needs we had within minutes of texting. We highly recommend staying here!

Liked that the home was very roomy, vaulted ceilings, a spacey living area, a 6 chair dining table & a high chair for a baby. Manny was very communitive, making sure we got in Ok, Manny provides a detailed house guide with instructions. Little touches like the snack tray that was left for us, adding a couple of bottles of waters, makes you feel special. The heated pool with beach towels & lania furniture were great, so relaxing. Plenty of kitchen appliances. Downside I 75 is literally off the back yard. You can't see it, but you definitely hear the noise from all the traffic. Master bathroom only, weak water pressure. Internet connection on TV was spotty. Opportunitys didn't like the looks of frying pans or pots, didn't use. We did use the baking sheet & I had to wash them. one cutting board it was plastic & worn. We did have to clean the outdoor grill before use, Manny did communicate with us on getting the grill started. Overall we would stay with Manny again, lovely home. TY!!

Wonderful house, perfect for family. Pool really convenient and heated, and the fenced backyard was really fun for the kids and our puppy. They provided plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and games in the house. You don’t need anything else if going on a getaway with the family, and super closes to main grocery stores, restaurants and 5’ to the beach.

Adams’s place was just perfect for our stay! It was spotless and totally comfortable for all of us! Beds were great, kitchen had everything we might need. Adam was a fantastic host who made check in and check out a breeze, made great recommendations, and was helpful with any questions we had. Great location and accessible to so much! We will definitely be back!!!

We rented the home for a month, we found it peaceful, relaxing and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the area is great for walking. It was very private and there are lots a good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Vanderbilt Beach Market on Saturday mornings. I would definitely rent this home again. Julie R

Great hosts, great neighborhood, great location. Townhouse had plently of space for 6 people with the 3 large bedrooms. Quick walk to all ammenities. Hosts were great at communicating and allowing for early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for resort style pool and quiet and safe neighborhood.

I had a wonderful vacation week with my daughters and sister. The house was exactly as advertised; beautiful, clean, private, and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and a quick drive to the beaches. Marty was responsive when we had questions and only reached out to give us information that we needed to know. While we were there, we were already talking about the plans we would make when we came back. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your next vacation!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Everything was great and the house was very nice. We stayed only for one night and we found everything was easy, and fast to setup. Thanks for everything!

Nilda was a great host, communicative and friendly. Loved the location , easy access to everything and tons to do in the local area. The home was comfortable and well equipped. Loved the pool area, peaceful and private. Hope to stay again next time we are in Naples :)

Jennifer was an amazing host. Not only was she very responsive and helpful, but she was so caring and kind to my family. She showed her horses to my daughters and even let my oldest give them treats. Her house was beautiful and rustic. It was so nice to stay there and it truly felt like home. I highly recommend her stunning home.
