Waterfront vacation rentals in North Miami

What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

My stay was amazing! The view was everything and it was so peaceful. I’ve been to Miami plenty of times and this was the first time I just stayed inside the apartment and sat on the balcony more than half the time. Maria is an amazing host! We did have trouble getting into the key box due to the buildings internet connection, but the host made the issue very minor and was helpful. She was one call away and immediately got someone to fix the issue and stayed on the phone with me until I got the keys and later checked up to make sure everything else was working good. Definitely would book again and recommend to others!!!

House is between Maule Lake and the main road. Access to everything is very easy, shops around and even walkable. Carparking is available. Beach is so close by car. House is spacy, cozy, comfortable, available and has everything as listed. Thank you Kay!

Right from when we booked Cinthia's place, Cinthia was very helpful and responded very quickly to my messages / questions and requests. We were at the air bnb for nearly 3 weeks and therefore, we made ourselves at home. Throughout our stay, Cinthia continuously replenished the usual toiletries. There were plenty of towels and linen for use. The flat had plenty of space and what we loved was the walk in closet which also accommodated our suitcases comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so that if need be we could cook. The flat was equipped with a washer and a dryer as well as a dishwasher. What I loved about Cinthia the most was she was very accommodating and had a hand held steamer for my use. The flat is situated in a 42 storey building with a good and well equipped gym, a swimming pool and a sauna & steam room. Location of the building is superb in the up and coming Brickell area with ample of good restaurants around.

I will definitely book this place again. Very comfortable and nice vibes.

Liliana was a great host. Everything was exactly how it was advertised. On arrival the lobby of the building was a little shabby but once i got to the elevator it was great! The apartment was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was great too! I had everything i needed in the apartment plus an amazing view. Thanks again!

Thinking back on our weekend in Miami Beach & it was just…amazing! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, clean & well decorated. The views are stunning! The staff is helpful & kind. I would stay here again in a minute!

Place and view are amazing. Perfect location in downtown Brickell. Everything’s walkable would 100 percent stay again!

We had such a great vacation. The house was like our own mini resort. There was so much to do for both adults and children. It’s so close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We look forward to staying again soon!

Really enjoyed our stay - very spacious and great for a family. The pool table was a hit and our infant couldn’t get into too much trouble since it was not cluttered and they had a high chair available for us to use. Comfortable layout and convenient for errands without feeling like a busy area. Surrounding properties are also beautiful.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

We love our stay here. It beautiful and clean. The backyard was amazing to hang out in and the pool was great for a dip. Perfect for a weekend getaway. No complaints.

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful view in back with the pond. It was a much needed vacation. I'm so glad that I pick this spot. The images are as is that is posted. There is a nice view of the Hard Rock guitar. It lights up beautiful at night. The host Shuki really made things easy to get in with ease. Response was quick and very respectful. I'm definitely going back. I'm calling it my second home lol. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful and pleasant home.

100% recomendado. La ubicación es excelente y el departamento muy cómodo. Lo único que deben mejorar es internet que tiene una velocidad demasiado lenta para estar en Miami. Los anfitriones son excelentes súper amables, y te ayudan en todo. Me olvide un cargador y se preocuparon para devolvérmelo lo antes posible y me lo alcanzaron al hotel donde estaba. Muy agradecido con ellos.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and has beautiful ocean views! The hotel pools and beach club were great and had excellent service. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying there again!

Ubicado estratégicamente, frente a la playa (pasitos y estás en la playa). Vista a la playa del living y de la habitación principal. Todo impecable, limpieza, muebles, sillas, sillones y camas super cómodas, muchas toallas para playa y para la casa. La cocina impecable y muy bien abastecida, para los que nos gusta cocinar es ideal (tiene todo lo que necesitas). Sillas, sombrilla, juegos de playa, pelota y tablas para los niños (no puedes pedir más). Fue una estadía preciosa y el apartamento es ideal para una familia o 4 adultos. Seguramente volveremos, muchas gracias Carolina y Chris!

Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.

I had an amazing stay at Javier’s gorgeous condo in the heart of Brickell! The unit was exactly as pictured—modern, sparkling clean, and equipped with everything I needed. Waking up to sweeping city and bay views from the balcony was such a treat! What I loved most: Prime location: Just steps away from MetroMover, Brickell City Centre, trendy cafes, and top-rated restaurants. Host responsiveness: [Host’s Name] replied almost instantly and provided excellent local recommendations—especially loved the suggestion to visit the rooftop bar nearby. Wonderful amenities: The pool/gym/lounge area in the building was perfect for relaxing after days of exploring. All in all, a top‑notch stay in Brickell. If you’re looking for a stylish, convenient spot to experience Miami’s vibrant urban energy, this is it. Highly recommend—and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat
