Accommodations offer a clean, cozy and safe place to stay. Please note ceilings at 6'1" high, this unit is not suitable for taller guests. You are welcome to use the fire pit in our backyard to unwind after a long day, and the tv comes with HBO Max.

Centrally located to restaurants and bars in Massapequa & Farmingdale both 7 mins drives. 15 mins from Jones beach. 25 mins from Resorts Casino & Jake’s 58 casino. 5 min drive to LIRR station, 50 min train ride to Penn Station & 55 mins to Brooklyn. Just over 1hr to the wineries & the Hamptons. NO SMOKING.

The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.
