Vacation rentals with a hot tub in North Las Vegas

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Our stay was absolutely lovely although we didn’t use the pool because it was cold and we didn’t want to use the heater as homeowners ourselves it was so comfortable and smelled so good! Everyone’s room was perfect we enjoyed our childhood playing the arcades. My son had a great birthday I’m so thankful to have had a lovely space with very accommodating hosts. I was so grateful that we had such a clean space and it was quiet! Nothing like being on the strip we got to experience the residents of Las Vegas and it was nice to pay regular prices to eat 💜 This is definitely a family favorite! Thank you Mrs Janice for being so gracious and helpful. May you continue to be blessed and highly favored.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Great place everything matches photos/description

Stayed here for EDC weekend comfortably with a group of 6. John was extremely responsive. The TV stopped working the first night and he got a new TV up and mounted the next day. Lots of games available to play with. The area was extremely quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back!

Paula was so great to work with and she communicated well with every question that we asked. At the last minute we had to add two people to our booking and Paula was very accommodating and helpful. We also asked for an early check in and late check out right before our reservation and she was able to help us with that. She made check in a breeze. Everything in the listing was as stated it was beautiful and a great place to hold a big family. I highly recommend staying here. My family had a wonderful time.

We loved staying here. It was great for a group and nice to have our own space especially with the pool and hot tub (we only paid for the hot tub since it was warm out). Carlos was super responsive and really made our stay comfortable. The pool chairs had broken and there weren’t enough towels and within 2 hours we had new pool chairs and a ton of towels. He also responded quickly with clear instructions on how to adjust the hot tub temperature. Definitely felt like a smooth stay. And the pillows/beds were very comfortable. Thank you!

Great house and great hosts! Proactive communication and super easy to get in. Was a beautiful home with fun amenities! Only ~3 miles from the strip, easy to take a cab or uber. Walking distance to a nice gym (I got a week pass for 50 bucks). Thanks again! Appreciate it!

Comfortable house in a nice, private location with good access to local highways. A nice range of grocery stores within a 10 minute drive made it easy to pull together meals for our family of six, all adults. My daughter brought her dog for the weekend. Immediate neighborhood has sidewalks and minimal traffic and a local park around the corner which worked out very well even with the 100+ degree afternoon heat.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the house felt incredibly cozy and inviting, making it easy to settle in and relax. We particularly loved the peace and quiet, which allowed us to truly unwind, and the amazing pool was an absolute highlight – perfect for enjoying the sunny days. The host was truly exceptional: attentive, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything one could possibly need, leaving us wanting for nothing. We have no regrets about our stay whatsoever; we truly could not have asked for a better place to enjoy a few days of much-needed relaxation. Highly recommended!

We stayed over Memorial Day in May with a group of four families, including three children, and found this to be a wonderful place for staying with kids. The entire space was clean, well-organized, and very family-friendly. There were plenty of activities for the children, including ping pong, basketball, and arcade games, making it an ideal spot for a family gathering. Some of the equipment was a bit dated, and we noticed a few parts that might benefit from replacement, but everything was still functional and didn’t cause any issues during our stay. The host was very responsive to our questions, and although we initially had trouble accessing the internet at the entrance due to a password issue, the host quickly worked to resolve it. The location was also very convenient, with many nearby amenities and great restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Very friendly and communicative host, would highly recommend. Bedrooms are lovely. Pool area is gorgeous with great views.
