Andrea was amazing, warm welcome right from the check in and gave an informative house tour. The house was beautiful even with the pictures it was just even better in person from the pond to even a view of the loch. Amazing host with amazing marshmallows and fire place, will defo be returning for the summer 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Beautiful home right next to a nice playground. Location is perfect for us as we wanted somewhere away from the city, yet easily accessible. We drove 30mins to the tram station and park for free to get to Edinburgh. And the next day it took us about an hour drive from the house to get to Loch Lomond. Host did not reply my messages earlier that made me a little panic. But she immediately apologised and was so welcoming when we arrived. Love it!

Really enjoyed the stay. The caravan was great, as was the service, heavily recommend to anyone looking for a wee place to stay.

An absolutely immaculate property! Beautifully designed with an all-white interior that gives it a luxurious and calming vibe. The house is bright, spacious, and the heating works perfectly. Bathrooms are clean and stylish, and the kitchen is fully equipped and great for group cooking. The backyard is a lovely spot to relax and unwind. We were a group of five and had a fantastic stay with complete privacy throughout. Katie is a wonderful host—responsive, thoughtful, and completely unobtrusive. She made check-in seamless by arranging the keys in advance and ensured everything went smoothly without ever intruding. Just as lovely as the home she hosts. Highly recommend this place!

House was as described; very spacious - especially the bedrooms. Ideal for a family of two adults and two teenagers. Also two dogs. TV in all bedrooms which was appreciated. Enclosed and safe garden for dogs. We used car to get around which meant that nothing was too far away. Cinema and Fort large retail park were less than 10 minutes. We were in Scotland to visit a very sick relative and this was a great base. Samantha was very understanding and kind.

I booked a long stay booking on behalf of my colleagues, who were working in the local area. The house was perfect for their needs, nice and quiet (working nights), plenty of amenities to make it feel home-from-home and parking great (they have vans). Derek & Michael are great hosts, they answered my many questions prior to arrival and we had great communication throughout the stay, they checked in regularly with me and arranged housekeeping around the lads sleep schedule. We have actually just booked another of their properties for another stay as we liked it so much. Definitely recommend! Thank you.
