In a cottage on the shore of a steamy woman, you get to spend a vacation with a unique lake landscape. The wood-burning sauna has soft steam and a view of the lake. Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Preparing food with an Airfryer, in the microwave, or on the patio using a gas grill. Drinking water can be obtained directly from the kitchen faucet. Guests have access to the entire cabin, which includes sleeping accommodations for two, a sauna, a toilet, and a small kitchen. An air source heat pump ensures the right indoor temperature. 13 km to the center. 8 km to grocery stores.

Erakkomaja Savukallio – Off-Grid

Do you miss stopping in the middle of nature? Savukallio is a Lappish wilderness cabin that invites you to breathe deeply and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The core idea of the place is: “Everyone is a hermit at heart” – a place to reset the mind and clarify your own thoughts. The cabin, built from old smoke sauna logs, is located in the lake landscape of Savo, about 70 km from Kuopio. The property offers a simple, authentic and natural wilderness experience for couples and travelers seeking peace and quiet.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Valkovuokko cottage

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Valkovuokko is located in a quiet location on the shore of a lake with clean water. The cottage has a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a fireplace, three bedrooms, and a barbecue hut in the yard. A private wood-fired sauna is in the same building. The holiday cottage has its own beach. The equipment includes a rowboat, canoe, life jackets, and a SUP board. In winter, the equipment includes two pairs of non-slip shoes and regular snow boots.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Hulppea's impressive log villa for vacations, meetings, and remote work for visitors who love nature, tranquility, and the atmosphere of the hills. The multi-level house is great for family gatherings, but not for parties for safety reasons. Pielinen beach, cycling and walking trails, and ski trails are nearby, a 15-minute drive from a store, scenic spots, hiking trails, the harbor, and other places to visit. Kolilainen is an experience to be had (and an animal-free allergy house)!

There are excellent fishing opportunities in the lake. Plus, the property is perfect for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing with a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

City cottage in Joensuu

Welcome to enjoy the tranquility of nature on the beautiful beach of Pyhäselkä! This charming, perfectly renovated cottage offers an escape from everyday life for families, couples and friends alike. The cottage has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and an open upstairs that comfortably accommodates up to 7-10 people. The cottage has all the amenities, such as water, electricity, shower and indoor toilet.

Löytyy myös inventteri Pieni mökki kahdelle ihmiselle kirkasvetisen ja kalaisan Juojärven lahden pohjukassa omassa rauhassaan. Laiturilta pääsee uimaan ja ranta syvenee nopeasti. Tupakointi mökin sisätiloissa on kielletty. Juojärvessä ei ole sinilevää. Järvessä puhdas vesi uida.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.
