Serviced apartment vacation rentals in North Jakarta City

pengalaman yang sangat menarik untuk bisa stay di Gold Coast PIK, memiliki pemandangan sew view yang bagus, dan akses yang dekat dengan tol dan juga pusat perbelanjaan. namun alangkah lebih baik jika waktu check in dan check out bisa lebih dimaksimalkan,. karena waktu check in paling cepat di jam 2 dan check out di jam 11, harapannya dengan waktu 3 jam tersebut, unit dapat dibersihkan dengan maksimal, namun mungkin karena di peak season jadi masih ada beberapa bagian yang belum maksimal dibersihkannya. namun overall sudah baik, dan fasilitas yang ditawarkan di gold coast pun sangar banyak dan menarik. semoga next time bisa stay disana lagi namun dengan waktu stay yang lebih lama misal bisa early check in atau late check out jika memang tidak ada kendala.

I always come back to this place whenever i’m having a vacation with mu fur baby🐶 But if you are allergic to dogs, no need to worry because they only allowed some type of rooms for dog. So just tell them and you will be okay. They have receptionist standby but sadly, the communication between the morning shift and the shift after isn’t that smooth. I left my stuff there because I came early than the check in time. I asked for their help to put my stuffs after the room is cleared, they agreed. But when I came back later my stuffs is still there. The staff told me that the morning shift didn’t pass the message so they have no idea. This needs to be improved. Luckily the owner(i assumed) was there and he remembered everything so he told the staff what they missed. Overall it’s a great place and i’ll be back for sure

Super host! Deze reageert altijd op tijd, schoonmaak en ander onderhoud is makkelijk in te plannen. Er zit een café bij het appartement en een kleine supermarkt. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en je kunt hier ook gebruik maken van de sportschool + zwembad. Mijn ervaring was echt goed! Je zit wel ver van de stad, en de wijk is niet modern. Al is alles makkelijk te bereiken met Grab of Gojek.

Rika is a great and reliable host! She responds to my messages fast and she even helps when I need something. Her instructions are super clear so it's easier to check in and out. The room is very comfortable, it's a complete set. We like the ambience and vibes of it. It's really good for 2 people, we also appreciate the welcome note and drink. She even prepared an access guide which is really informative and helpful. The place is close to LRT station and bus stop so it's easier to roam around. Overall, it is a great experience. Awesome place to stay in Kemayoran! Beautiful Golf View, very clean and neat 1BR Apartment. Lots of facilities inside the building itself & easy to get around to lots of good restaurants. Adinda is a very helpful and quickresponse host, she gives very clear instructions & also very humble! Superhost 👌

Avec une amie nous avons passé une nuit dans ce logement et cela convenait très bien. Nous n’étions pas très loin en voiture du centre. Hestri a fait en sorte que quelqu’un nous accueille malgré l’horaire tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivées malheureusement et nous la remercions pour cela.
