tmpt sgt nyaman dpn rumah ada taman byk pohon rindang, bisa duduk2 ditaman. lokasi dkt ke mana2, dkt sms. rumah bersih harum, dan lengkap. suasana tenang, pagi bisa keliling komplek buat olah raga. tuan rumah kristal cpt merespon, nanti sy akan menginap lg di villa virginia.

Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Lokasi didalam komplek Mall Of Indonesia (MOI), strategis dan ramai. Harga cukup ringan untuk apartemen eksklusif di Jakarta. Fasilitas dari gedung bisa turut kita nikmati seperti kolam renang dan taman bermain, anak2 senang. Fasilitas dalam unit apartment lengkap. Kompor, Kulkas, Alat Makan, Magic com, microwave, bahkan isi ulang air mineral juga disediakan. Sangat bermanfaat untuk Perjalanan bersama klrga. Admin 2ndHome sangat komunikatif, fast response,dan ramah. Sungguh pengalaman yg menyenangkan menginap di Apartemen di Jakarta. Saya berterima kasih atas layanan yg diberikan.Bahkan saya sudah menyimpan kontak personnya jika suatu saat kembali berkunjung ke Jakarta.

Want to mention, that Rocky is friendly, polite and responsive host. The studio is small, but it's ok for this price. Everything worked fine, place has a balcony where you can dry clothes. There were little ants in the kitchen, but it's tropics and I guess you can live up with that. Despite the size, elevator system worked great, didn't have to wait for 10 mins to get one. Sound isolation is decent, didn't hear any noises. Hot water was exceptionally good and reliable The condo is huge with lots of amenities. During my stay sauna didn't work, everything else did. Very peaceful and beautiful place, totally liked it. The condo has a direct acces to Taman Anggrek mall with a ranch supermarket, probably the best choice for foreigners in Jakarta. For digital nomads: internet was stable, 50 mbis, was able to work without delays. In general, I would recomend this place for solo travelers or couples
