House vacation rentals in North Houston

Our experience at Nick and Natalie’s home was incredible . The house was exactly described and was perfect for our family. All of the amenities was perfect and the small touches that made it special . From welcoming us with chocolate and snacks, to helping us by providing packing prays for the baby, and clear communication, I would recommend them for anyone in the future.

Nicholas’s place is absolutely awesome. With the accommodation of the garage being an entertainment room, it was great to take my family on a staycation. Everything was clean and up to par and the pool was magnificent. We were able to grill out and enjoy the weekend with all the amenities this place brings.. great location and the neighbors were great. No issues with us playing our music and enjoying our time . I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away or enjoying the experience it brings . Thanks Nicholas

I stayed in Adriana’s home for a girls trip and we had so much fun. The home was perfectly located close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, bars, and the airport. Easy access to the highway. The house was beautiful and had everything you would need to stay away from home and more. Exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend.

Drove from Florida in a 31 ft RV plenty of parking space for it and the home itself was just fun for the kids lots to do and play with the pool was a plus and the basketball court Was used often, had a graduation get together and everyone had a blast inside and outside of the home followed the recommended rules and everything went smoothly, A lot of memories were made in which my family and I are forever grateful. Definitely will return to enjoy this place and outstanding customer service.

My family and I had a fantastic Mother's Day weekend stay. I wish I could give 10 🌟. This stay was outstanding. Estela and Jeff provided exceptional communication to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were immaculate, and the attention to detail was impressive. The pool was warm, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again. The place was perfect for what we needed for our family. It was clean and just the right size. It was easy to get to and Anjanee left clear instructions of what was needed from us to leave smoothly. Super easy clean up, comfy rooms and clean space. We absolutely appreciate the hospitality Anjanee. She was so easy to communicate with also. I asked a few questions before our day came for check in and she was so helpful. Even after check out, she's been an incredible help. Thank you SO MUCH!!!! The pictures do not honestly show how beautiful the home is! It’s absolutely gorgeous. Especially some small updates that appear to have been done since the original listing. We aren’t content creators, we were in Houston for DreamCon, so honestly this space was wasted on us, and I say that in the best way possible. If you are creating content, this home is what you need. She even has the lights/phone stands in every room, with extras! The decor, the vibes, it’s all on point. Definitely willing to stay again should I come back!

Would definitely book again. Everything was great. Great place to get away with friends. Host was very helpful and a quick responder to message. Although you’re not allowed to control the Ac unit. You are given fans in each room which was a bonus for me.

This place was immaculate, both King sized bed rooms were amazing, the pool was refreshing. The Game room was relaxing, and the experience was quite pleasant..Mr. John gave us a great tour of the house gave out a few recommendations of where to go! Mr John is the true definition of hospitality

The place was exactly what you see in the photos! Alejandro responded quickly every time I reached out. I stayed for ~2 weeks and it was exactly what I needed. The area itself was beautiful with a lot of trails and restaurants and cute little places nearby. The place was clean, Alejandro provided us with new clean linens and towels about halfway through which was great, wifi worked without issues and a good strong connection. We didn’t not have AC control, but it was ALWAYS cool and comfortable in the BNB so no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

Definitely a great location if your flying in to Houston International and looking to be close to everything Houston has to offer. We needed a place for family flying in for a Graduation, and Cosytastics place was definitely what we needed. Very good host and proactive. Wiuld definitely book here again.

The townhouse was super clean and in a nice neighborhood. Coffee, restaurants, and grocery stores are close by. I'd definitely book again.

Melissa’s home is BEAUTIFUL. I worked from the dining room on Friday and we spent the evenings watching movies in the living area, and it felt very homey. The bathroom was fantastic as well and everything was spotless and comfortable. This is not a place for little kids, being a townhouse with open stairs, but it was a perfect retreat for us.
