Klithuset is located in northern Thy near Bulbjerg, only 2½ km from the North Sea. The plot is 10,400 m2 in beautiful raw nature with a great distance to neighbors. The perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The cottage is bright and has good views. Dogs are welcome. In a new annex, there are two single beds, but no toilet. Shelter is built into the annex. Guests clean thoroughly upon departure. External cleaning can be ordered. Electricity consumption is paid separately. Heat pump in the house. See my other house: Fjordhuset.

In Skyum Østerstrand, this cottage is in a class of its own. The house from 2011 is two houses connected by a covered walkway with hardwood floors. The house is suitable for year-round use and has a low energy consumption due to solar cells and good insulation. Heating is provided by a heat pump, which also acts as air conditioning. The house is suitable for a long vacation, where you have the opportunity to be mindful of relaxation or work. The house has three rooms with double beds and wardrobes.

Outdoors you will find a playground, terrace and conservatory in a private garden. It´s a big bright house with a fantastic view. The house is completely reconditioned. There are 5 rooms, a big kitchen, big dining place, nice livingroom with a woodburning stove. There are two bathrooms - one master with bathtub - both also have showers. It´s located 2,4 km from center (20 min. walk). 300m to public transport and many shopping facilities. Close to big lake and nature. We also have fast wifi (100/100Mbit/s) and a tv with Chromecast/AppleTV to use with your devices or laptops.
