The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

This exclusive beach house is built with respect for nature and fits perfectly into the unique dune landscape. The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

The toilet with sink is in a separate room in the house, and the bathroom with plenty of hot water is located in a sheltered unheated building outside.

The house's large glass panels create a picturesque scenery, where the clouds drift across the sky and draw the sunset into the house. The holiday home is secluded, but at the same time only 2 km from Nørlev beach, 3 km from Skallerup Seaside Resort and 6 km from Lønstrup. To the south is the view of the inland dunes in Skallerup - to the west the view of the sea.
