Vacation rentals with a patio in North Conway

Planned a last minute getaway to go skiing with the kids over school vacation. Sofia’s condo was exactly as listed and fit our needs. The beds were super comfortable and it was cute, cozy and clean. Easy access to Cranmore and Attitash as well as downtown N Conway for food and shopping. Would definitely rent again or suggest to friends!

We have stayed here 3 times now. Anthony is one of the most responsive hosts I have communicated with. We love the location as it is right in Jackson, very close to all the outdoor activities in the area as well as North Conway. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and good space. It is always a treat to stay here and we look forward to going again.

The condition of this place was truly exceptional—easily one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Just five minutes away, there’s a charming little town filled with unique knickknack shops and a lively playground that’s perfect for families with kids. A nearby train station adds to the convenience. Venture a bit further and you’ll find a fun outlet mall, and I’ve heard the skiing and snowboarding during the winter months are absolutely phenomenal. This Airbnb is a must-stay—immaculately clean, thoughtfully equipped, and stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was the upstairs neighbors, who could be a bit noisy. However, after the first night, it becomes easy to tune out. Overall, this is a hidden gem you won’t want to miss. We had a great stay at Ace's place. We were looking for a ski vacation, and that's exactly what we got. Easy in and out. Across the street from Attitash. It was perfect. We'd definitely stay at Ace's again!

Cozy place with modern updates. Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to downtown. Sam was very responsive.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Brian was very friendly and approachable, as was Heather. Lots of wood for the fire pit, which we used many times (weather permitting ). We did a lot of cooking our own meals, so only thing I would suggests is bring another small fry pan or two. We plan to book again.

Bright open space in a peaceful, safe location. Felt at home. Teens enjoyed the pool area and rec room/pool tables. Condos are a little dated but are well cared for and tastefully decorated. This unit had an updated kitchen along with a well appreciated washer/dryer. Host was extremely responsive and gave clear, accurate directions and provided helpful tips. Checkout/departure was a breeze. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home in North Conway this past weekend! Everything was very clean...I run my own cleaning company, so I'm extra picky! The updated finishes were beautifully done and the kitchen was very thoughtfully appointed. We stayed with 3 other adult couples and we all agreed that it has been our favorite air bnb stay to date. The beds were extremely comfortable which was a huge plus. The setting was very peaceful and the floor to ceiling windows made it feel as though we were in a tree house. Just got back from our weekend stay . Beautiful space that looked just like the photos. House was spotless. The house is located in a very peaceful and private area. Our family enjoyed the kayaks on the pond during the day and the fire pit on the deck at night . Very relaxing weekend .

If you want gorgeous views, chefs kitchen, amazing master sanctuary, and a hot tub with a view to die for… look no further. We easily fit 2 families (total of 7 people) with room to spare. We had tons of games, and everything you could need in the house was provided. TONS of excess storage. If you travel like us, you like a home for all of your stuff- and there was plenty! The mattresses were also amazingly comfortable. Hot tub, grill, fire pit and indoor seating ALL came with the most gorgeous Mountain View’s. The only thing I wish I’d know ahead of time, was that there is not really useable yard space, the deck is very high (so if you’re squeamish little kids-beware of that), and the driveway was gravel so not useable for kids scooters. Given how unbelievably beautiful and well kept everything was, my only disappointment was the landscaping, which may be because it was the start of the season, but certainly didn’t affect our stay! I would hands down come here every time we visit NH!

Cute place. Everything we needed was available. Bed was comfortable as well as pull out couch. Enough towels and linen available. Very clean. Will stay again.

This was one of the cleanest houses we've ever stayed in! It was much bigger than we expected too. Lots of room for the kids to play, the basement was awesome. The house is in the middle of the woods which was fun too. We had a great stay and will be back for sure. Very friendly and accommodating hosts!

Great location near North Conway. Hiked and enjoyed the area. Home was great for entertaining and relaxing. Would return to stay!!

This was our first time staying here . Definitely won’t be the last. Everything was clean and neat . Very comfortable . Lots of room. Loved having the pool table , darts and hot tub .

Beautiful home in an amazing location

Great stay, exactly as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the toys in the condo and we were able to walk over to Storyland. Also, the bed in the main bedroom was quite comfortable.

I really can’t say enough, this place was perfect. My wife and I spent our anniversary weekend here, and it was the perfect place. Super clean and well taken care of. The host remembered I told him it was our anniversary, he was very responsive. All around 5 stars.

We had a great weeklong stay with 2 young kids over February vacation. The condo was perfect - comfortable, well-appointed, close to the mountain, and plenty of space to relax and play. Allee is an excellent host - she was very responsive and reached out proactively with helpful information. We loved our stay and plan to return.

Tony was on top of all my questions. My plans changed a couple times and Tony was right there answering my concerns. When I checked in, the electronic locks were recently installed and the front desk was on it until I had a key card that worked. The video that Tony published was fantastic for knowing what to expect. This was my first experience with Air BNB and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Tony and Attatash Mountain Resort!!

Great place. Great location. Very clean and updated. Our 2 year old loved all the stuffed toy bears.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!
