Beachfront vacation rentals in North Cape May, Lower Township

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

Steve was awesome! Perfect getaway spot in Stone Harbor with a lovely space that is walkable with beach access!

We had an excellent stay at Brooke’s place for the second year in a row. The house is exactly as described and in the pictures - beautiful finishes, tasteful and comfortable decor, plentiful amenities. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to all the activities in Ocean City for the family but far enough away that it feels remote and peaceful. We used to go to the Outer Banks for many years, and my wife kept commenting on how it felt like we were there but with all the fun the boardwalk close by. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Oasis Stone Harbor. They have everything! Bikes, games, a fantastic back yard and close proximity to the beach, it’s perfect.

What an amazing stay we had at Kaitlyn‘s place. The property was absolutely beautiful. It was super clean, decorated beautifully, had the most comfortable beds, and everything you could need was there. The photos do not do it justice. You are steps away from the beach. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. And if you’re lucky you get to see Winston the next-door dog. The only thing wrong with our stay was that it was too short! I can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a place this is it.

House is exactly like the listing photos. Clean, modern, light and airy. You can sneak a peek at the bay from the front porch, and walk down to the public access bay front in less than 5 minutes. Quiet and safe neighborhood

Our party of 6 was very comfortable in this clean, modern property. The location is perfect to enjoy the beautiful view and an almost private bayside beach. The house has everything needed for a relaxing stay and Kevin was an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

The house was very spacious and accommodating. Great location near the beach and boardwalk. The host always responded quickly and was very easy going. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed every minute! Lori was extremely helpful and responsive. As soon as we got in the place smelled so clean it was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped, we had everything and MORE than we needed. We will back for sure!

LOVED our stay at The Crest Beach House! We came a few years ago and knew this was the place to go when we wanted to return to the area. The new design is gorgeous. It perfectly captures that fun, nostalgic Wildwood vibe but feels so fresh, clean, and elevated. You can really tell how much thought went into every detail. The updated living area was one of our favorite parts — having a real sitting space made it feel like home. We could put the bedding away during the day and actually enjoy watching TV, playing games, and relaxing together. The location is still unbeatable — just steps from the beach and close to everything. Plus, all the amenities made packing super easy — from kitchen essentials to the little touches that make a vacation stress-free (like extra supplies for our toddler! - plates, utensils, beach toys, children books, sound machine, gated toddler pool section) Our favorite part is enjoying our morning coffee & tea on the balcony while listening to the waves 🌊 💗

Mark and family’s Sunsets and Serenity was far beyond what we were hoping for in a family vacation rental. The location right along the bay has the best vibe for relaxation with the sound and smell of ocean so close. So many amenities in this home! Everything was already available when we needed something, be it cooking wares and all the appliances, towels, beach/yard toys and games, plus awesome pool and porches to hang out at. Also, only 15-20 minutes from great restaurants, beaches, and boardwalk! Truly cannot say enough about this amazing home and the awesome family that runs it. My family and I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. It was gorgeous property, with everything that we needed and more. The hosts instructions were very thorough and answered questions that I didn’t even know I had yet! They were proactive with their communication and touched base before we left for vacation and wished us safe travels. The views were breathtaking. The property was bright, clean and organized. We felt right at home. My only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer.

We had a lovely time at Nicole’s place. We were a few steps from a lovely beach, about 5mins from the boardwalk and restaurant. She was a great host and helped us finding a place to rent a wheelchair from. All beach worthy accessories and toys were provided. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all required necessities. Kids enjoyed the “wildwoodopoly” and were very happy. I 100% recommend this great find! Great location and an exceptional host.

Great place in Villas, pretty short drive to either Cape May downtown and Wildwood. Outside facade is a little unassuming, but nice inside, all around. Nice quiet place to spend with family with great parking and access to the places around the area. Great too to be walking distance/next door to a good greasy spoon diner. We went there twice!

We had one little incident and Juliana was quick to respond and take care of it right away. We enjoyed our stay and the location was great! Would book again😊

The owners went above and beyond to provide high quality accommodations. As described when booking it truly is full service with stocked kitchen, towels, linens, soap and shampoo, etc… The beverage bar was stocked with coffee, tea and multiple flavors. It was a fantastic experience and we would definitely book again!

A great place especially when vacationing with kids (ours were ages 2, 3, & 5). Fenced backyard with toys for the kids was EXTREMELY helpful for children to be able to safely stretch their legs after a long car ride and on early mornings when we just weren't quiet ready to be out the door yet. Easy walk to the beach, and easily accessible to other local attractions by car. Kathleen was very responsive to messages and provided helpful recommendations for the area. Overall we had a wonderdul experience!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Karen's house. The layout was perfect for us. With four kids, having three bedrooms on one side of the house for them and the master bedroom on the other side of the house for us gave two tired parents a little break. The fenced-in yard was great for our beagle. We used the barbecue too, which was ready to go, with a nice glass outdoor table with 6 chairs next the bbq. The house is in a low-key, non-tourist area, right down the street from the beach, a quick stroll, literally two to three minutes. The beach is beautiful. In the morning at low tide, great to look for shells and enjoy the view; in the evening at high tide, beautiful sunsets to enjoy. Karen was super responsive to any and all questions we had. She gave us ideas for kid-centric activities in the area, as well as recommendations for restaurants. We had a great few days here and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you, Karen!

We had the most wonderful weekend at this charming beach cottage! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the cutest cactus-themed décor that was both fun and stylish—it gave the space so much personality while still feeling cozy and relaxing. The layout was perfect for our small family: spacious enough for comfort, yet warm and inviting. One of the highlights for us was that our daughter had her own bedroom with a big girl bed—she was so excited, and it made the whole stay feel extra special for her. The best part by far was the location. It was just a short walk to a beautiful, private Bayside beach that was clean, quiet, and perfect for family time. We loved how easy it was to go back and forth, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like our own little hidden gem. After a day at the beach, coming back to the cottage to relax was the perfect end to each day. The host was thoughtful and responsive, check-in was simple, and everything we needed was provided.

The house was perfect for our family to enjoy a beach getaway. The house was clean, and the space was open so we could spend time together. Lots of seating and a large table made it easy! The beach was also right down the street for quick access to the water. Tons of food and entertainment was close too. We totally enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

This is a great place just a few minutes walk to the bay in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts clearly put a lot of work into caring for the house and making it a great place for us to stay. It has everything you need for a great stay. Our young family loved the house!
