This house was very convenient for what we were looking for the week and the location was great. The host was very responsive when we needed them to be.

This the best AirBnB my family has ever stayed at. Top to bottom: beautiful space, great beds, clean, and close to everything (breakfast, restaurants, the metro). No corners cut anywhere; I wish every AirBnB could be like this. Kelly was a gracious host and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming home! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. The house itself was cozy, clean, and full of character, and it quickly became a favorite spot for my kids, they didn’t want to leave! The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making everything so easy from check-in to check-out. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This was the perfect accommodations for my extended family. The home is spacious yet cozy, with plenty of room for everyone. We had children with us as well, so the games were a wonderful touch. The backyard is beautiful too. Thank you for a lovely visit!

I was with a group of 7 for our trip to a music festival. The house was everything we needed it to be, down to the two huge upstairs bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for the two couples in the group; two downstairs bedrooms for the two of us that preferred to sleep in cooler temperatures, and another bedroom on the ground floor with a convenient bathroom right across from the bedroom. All 4 of the bathrooms (another in basement) were clean and well equipped. I mostly used the one in the basement and the water pressure was strong enough to properly rinse my very dense hair, which is usually a pain point in airbnbs for me. There’s so much space to hang out and we didn’t even end up using the downstairs living room. Eric was very proactive in checking up on us non-intrusively to make sure we had everything we needed. He also worked to get us a later checkout for a minimal fee, which meant we got to take our last morning nice and slow. Would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Gillian and Boe’s property. The property is eclectic, comfortable and pristine. The garden is lush and wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful delight that it is. The location is great in the Arts district and close to some fabulous restaurants.

A quiet space with lovely garden view, just as described in the listing. The hosts were very responsive, quick to address the minor issues I had, and friendly without being intrusive. In addition to the many good points mentioned in reviews by previous guests, I especially appreciated the nightlights in the apartment and the outdoor lighting along the walkway. I hope this place is available the next time I'm in the area!

Wonderful stay! Elizabeth was quick to answer questions and made sure we had a great stay. Lovely place, had everything we needed and more. I was so thankful to have a washer and dryer since we had been traveling for so long. Elizabeth even had a washing machine pod for us. Would definitely stay again!

Quaint basement studio with ample space and very roomy. Can comfortably sleep 2-3 adults. The most beautiful backyard. Has all the amenities.

My family and I spent the weekend in Washington, D.C., and we were fortunate to find Emily's place at the last minute after our previous arrangements fell through. It was a wonderful experience, and the hosts were lovely people! The only challenge we encountered was the noise in the early hours of the day. However, I don't consider this a complaint; it's just something to keep in mind when booking a co-living space. We discussed the possibility of noise with Emily beforehand, so again, it's something to be mindful of. Overall, meeting this interesting and cool family and their dog Charlie was a good experience and an absolute pleasure!

Such a nice off the grid spot with access to great food and restaurants within a short drive, the location was very peaceful and had one of the cleanest portable restrooms I’ve ever used.

we went there for a bachelorette weekend and had an amazing time. The host answered all my questions I had about the place and even allowed an earlier check-in. The views are beautiful and we loved the nature surrounding the house.

Great place to stay! Lots of wildlife- birds, turtles, deer, rabbits, etc. Location is very quiet and serene but not far from suburbs which have gas, food, restaurants, ect. Host was FANTASTIC to deal with. Highly recommend the place and these hosts. My only complaint is that we didn’t spend enough time at the house.

Loved staying at this AirBnB. Great host! Very responsive! First AirBnB I've stayed at actually offered the second "B" of BnB --breakfast, if you like. And you can buy truly fresh eggs from their chickens on the property! AND...walkable to one of my favorite wineries, Paradise Springs!! Lovely place. Lovely host. I will be coming back!
