Mark and Ahmed’s place is a gem in the heart of Maadi. Tucked away on a quiet street, the apartment is charming and cozy and lives up to its description. The place is impeccably clean and well furnished with all kitchen items you’d need for the stay. Instructions for check-in are very clear and informative. The balcony / terrace also lives up to the hype. It’s a perfect place to sip a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the breeze in the evening. Mark and Ahmed are super helpful, responsive, and keen to help their guests enjoy their stay. Special thanks to Ahmed, who stopped by to address a small issue with the water heater (immediately resolved!) and for both hosts for checking in to make sure my stay was pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found the apartment very relaxing. I will definitely stay here again when in Maadi!

I had a wonderful stay at this Apartment for a month. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home during my stay. The host was very friendly and always available to assist with any questions or needs. I truly felt at home here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and homely experience!

The apartment is in an excellent location, on one side in a quiet street and on the other side across from a supermarket and within walking distance of the main street. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for cooking. Konstantinos was available for any question and request.

Very nice house! 2' walk from Nile and 3' from the center of Zamalek. Walking distance for mini markets and restaurants. Clean and cute appartment.

We had a fabulous time at Uno Apartment on the beach in Tilos. Right on the beach. Just a few steps from our patio to our very own beach loungers. It was perfect. Beautiful bay for swimming and a choice of restaurants literally next door. The apartment is bigger than the photos suggested. Ample room for the two of us to spread out and with the patio table and chairs for eating along with loungers and easy chairs outside we were spoilt for choice. Angelos father Pantilos was in hand to greet us and service the apartment during our stay and generally chat! Washing machine facilities too which was really useful as we are in a 3 week trip. Kitchen was simple but adequate for breakfast prep and light meals. Will definitely be booking again! Thank you x

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this apartment was fantastic from start to finish! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and Hazem, the supervisor, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He treated us like family, ensuring we had everything we needed and making us feel right at home. His responsiveness and attentiveness were outstanding—he was always reachable and quick to help with anything. The compound itself is stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were so comfortable and happy with our stay that we decided to extend for an additional two days. Silver spring team were kind enough to provide us with another apartment, which was equally amazing—clean, cozy, and felt just like home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place!

I stayed in this property for a week and I was very satisfied. It’s right next to Rehab Souq, so it was easy to grab a bite at Ibn Sham Restaurant or Al Haty Restaurant it grab groceries or toiletries etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host and his son were communicative and helpful.

The link via maps was not accurate with me, I had to call Moha to get clear instructions. The hill you have to drive up is a spicy ride, are busy restoring the track. Once at the house, we were warmly welcomed by the ladies. Since we were the first customers, we were allowed to choose our apartment ourselves. Rachid immediately gave us a bag of tea and cookies, together with the necessary explanations of the area and a tour of the house. On the rooftop terrace you have a sublime view of Chefchaouen. The apartment is like the photo, equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the dinner on site, a nice tagine. The next morning breakfast was served on the roof terrace. Rachid and the ladies were always ready for any questions or desires you have. Despite the spicy slope, I could go back to the blue house in no time.

Ilias' house is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. For our young children, there were extra toys. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only negative point was the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we come to Kos again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time and the property was perfect. Steve was always at hand via Whats**p to answer any questions we had. I have not one negative remark as it was exactly as was advertised and can’t thank him enough.

I had the pleasure of staying at Moez's beautiful villa in Djerba, and I can only highly recommend it! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Moez, an incredibly friendly and caring host, who made sure my stay was perfect. The villa is simply splendid, with a modern and refined interior, while preserving the authenticity of the island. The amenities are spotless and the private pool is a real asset to relax. In addition, the location is ideal, quiet and close to beaches and shops. Moez was very available throughout my stay, ready to answer any questions and advise me on the best local places. He is a host passionate about his region, and this is felt in the quality of his welcome. Wonderful experience. Even before starting the stay, Claudio proved attentive and prompt in his responses. Valerio's welcome was impeccable, always available, full of directions and suggestions, his smile and kindness made us feel at home. As soon as you enter the property you feel on vacation: the atmosphere is one of total relaxation and every detail is taken care of with great attention. There is a garden with lemon trees and succulents, a swimming pool with sun loungers and an umbrella, a barbecue, a veranda, a back patio overlooking the almond groves and a huge furnished rooftop terrace with a 360° view of the countryside and down to the sea. The house is cozy, clean and has everything. The kitchen is stocked with lots of pots and dishes. The presence of water, coffee, sugar, salt, condiments, paper towels and toilet paper was much appreciated. You sleep very well thanks to the very comfortable beds, air conditioning and the silence that surrounds the property. We will definitely be coming back!

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

Mr. Abdo is a great host. Villa is too clean and combination of a ancient house with all new high quality renovation. very peaceful and calm place.

There are not enough words in the English language to explain how fantastic Mohammad has been as a host. From airport collection, to amazing food recommendations his advice and hospitality has been exceptional. The property was very beautiful as well as very clean, any questions raised were answered immediately with no hesitation. The pool is a great addition for the Luxor heat. Myself and my partner could not have felt more at home and been more comfortable in this house and in the company of Mohammad. The experience we had in Luxor has been faultless and we will be returning to stay here soon without any questions asked. Thank you Mohammad for being so amazing and making us feel like family whilst also welcoming us into his home to meet his at the end of our stay, they also could not have been more kind and generous to us. It would be a mistake to not book this property if you ever come to Luxor. If I could give his property 6 stars I would.

We had a very late flight and didn't arrive until 02:00 at the accommodation, but Saachi asked us to message her as soon as we had left the airport and she was waiting for us as we arrived via the Taxi. She showed us around the apartment and then shortly afterwards gave us lots of local information (Bus routes - Restaurants - bike hire - supermarket etc), the accommodation was as advertised, and suited us very well. We walked from our apartment every day, in both directions. Lots of places to eat nearby. Walk into Malaga centre is about 50 minutes, but buses are available. Large TV in the lounge for an end of the day movie after many great days out. Visited various places during out stay, (Gibraltar - Narja - Grenada). Overall a great location for what we wanted to do, not too close to town, but close enough for commuting. Would definitely stay again. Saachi was easy to contact and friendly.

The apartment has everything you need and in a great location. Only 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach and restaurants and less than 30 minutes drive to Morro Jable- slightly bigger town with great choice of restaurants and shops. We recommend this apartment to couples- ideal for a quiet break.

We LOVED our stay on Naxos -- the cherry on top was our stay with Giannis. The view from this apartment is truly stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! It is very walkable, while still feeling private and quiet. Giannis was a great host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Giannis!

This apartment has a great view on the nearby beach! It is a nice place to say when planning on visiting the coast (Malaga, Marbella). The host is super nice and reacts quickly on messages :) I would definitely recommend this place, for a big friend group.

Excellent - the hosts, accommodation and location, all excellent. Sia, communicated at time of booking and before we set off and provided instructions along with a map to easily locate the apartment. She met us on arrival and talked us through the accommodation and provided a local map with suggestions on. Sia also provided a lovely welcome pack that included something for breakfast. Sia and her husband were available to assist if required. The accommodation was very clean and as per the details and photo's. It's location is in a quiet area and with a good view of the bay\sea towards Chania in the distance and the mountains. Golden Beach, Yannis Beach and good restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Regular buses to & from Chania, which takes about 15-20 minutes. Well worth a stay at this location.
