Quinta Kakelbont is one of the most relaxed places I’ve ever been to. The place is located on a huge place of land with 4 really relaxed dogs, 2 super cute pigs and so many fruit trees, where you can pick fresh oranges. It’s super calm and beautiful. The house is very cozy, the bed is comfy and there’s a kitchen with all the appliances. Sjoukje and Carlos are great hosts, we can definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxed stay.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and had the most peaceful, rejuvenating time after several weeks in big, touristy cities. We spent a single day in Granada visiting the Alhambra (of course) but after that were more than content to explore Monachil, hike trails recommended by the utterly charming and hospitable Maria Estrella, and find yummy bites nearby. (Highly recommend Restaurante Italo in the neighboring town and the queer-friendly El Callejon cafe in Monachil.) Maria Estrella’s place is, I would say, beyond what the pictures show. Not only is it beautiful and in an paradise-like setting (perhaps not always so green as now—they’ve had a lot of extra rain—but I can’t imagine it less than gorgeous), but the casita which Estrella built herself exudes love and care, for its guests and its surroundings. Not a good choice for someone seeking a sterile resort, but if you are a nature-lover seeking a cozy immersion in a beautiful place, it is a one of kind stay. No complaints!

A wonderful place in the heart of nature as well as a welcome from the warmest hosts (with a visit to their garden, eggs for breakfast). We spent 4 wonderful days with our 2 year old daughter.

Everything is great, Ana and Antonio are very friendly, always ready for everything, and although they live in the house next door, they respect the privacy of the guests very much. The house is wonderful, it doesn't lack a single detail, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, in addition, they have the thoughtfulness to provide oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, which is appreciated. In the bathroom there are many towels, and many toiletries available to guests, and everything is very clean. The garden area, pool, and barbecue are beautiful. We hope to return to enjoy it, since we went in February, and it's not swimming season. A house that is 100% recommended if you want to spend a few days of peace and quiet in a rural setting with a lot of charm. We'll be back!! Thanks for everything to Ana and Antonio, they treated us like a luxury.

Very nice place to get some privacy, with a nice garden.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Seastar house! It's a real little paradise with its private access to the sea (you fall asleep to the sound of the waves), its dreamy sunset and its ideal location. The absolutely lovely host came to pick us up on the road to guide us, gave us good advice for visiting the premises and answered any questions we had. Delicious homemade cakes and succulent candied figs awaited us upon arrival. The house is small but very well arranged; the kitchen is well-equipped, beach slippers and towels are available, there are several spots around the house to eat, rest, barbecue or bask in a hammock. Parking is available which is very convenient. You can walk to a nearby tavern. But once there, you're in paradise between the sea and the flowers; you don't want to leave at all. Great place to stay! Indeed very quit. Easy to check in & clean. Additionally, because there was no guests the next day Patricia allowed us to check out a bit later which was really nice. Would recommend!

We stayed in a tiny house, which is located on a private property in the middle of the forest. There were still some houses in the area, so you're not completely alone. We had total peace and quiet up there and the tiny house is very cozy and the bed very comfortable. Ferhat was very friendly and responsive. He has many herbs on the property, so it always smells like sage or lavender. You are about 25 minutes' drive to Marmaris center.

Stayed for one week and was verry Happy with the House. Big outside space with some nice Lights so you can sit as Long AS you want to. Enougth room for 1-2 people and realy nice bathroom. Besides that the host and His Family are realy friendly and Always there to Help. Can only recommend. Enjoyed my stay.

Just a fantastic spot to relax and a great base to explore the area. Christoph was super helpful, friendly and welcoming and some lovely touches like fresh oranges for juicing. Beautiful gardens too. Highly recommend.

We stayed a couple for a night in the lovely cabin. The cabin is very well equipped (gas stove pots, cutting board, amount ) and other nice things that add to the atmosphere like a bottle of wine and opener, candles and a speaker. The cabin is surrounded by lots of beautiful plants and flowers, the hot tub comes a stamp. A fun corner for a fire, and the cabin itself is just amazing the air conditioner is excellent the beautiful Sun Ruff, the bed is comfortable and has everything you need. Omer was lovely and also helped with small things we needed. Unequivocally highly recommend

Had a very nice stay. The apartment is very cute and nicely decorated. From there you can quickly reach a very nice viewpoint by the sea on foot and with the private parking it was also easy to reach by car.

Sometimes you give a place 5 stars because everything is okay/sufficient. However, it is almost a shame to do so in comparison to this place. We loved it, Georges and Miriam were super nice, the view was amazing, our home the cutest thing ever, pool looking like a 5 star hotel. If possible we would give it at least a 7 out of 5.

We had a very nice stay at the Tiny Villa :) It was all very clean and well maintained, the communication was very pleasant and easy, when we had questions we didn't have to wait long for an answer. In addition, cats came by very often who were very loving and would certainly be happy if you fed them from time to time :)

Fabulous stay in a fabulous location ran by a fabulous guy 😁. Erik has created a little oasis away from the busy, noisy, very popular South of the island. It is remote, as described, perfect place to get away from it all. Erik is genuine and kind, willing to help in away he can, picked me up from the airport with a pit stop at the shop. Highly recommend 👌

Great house at a beautiful, peaceful location. Jacqueline was the best host. Always responsive and willing to help. We definitely recommend staying here.

Friendly apartment with two separate rooms (kitchen-living room / bedroom), and a large covered terrace. The flair of the former towable caravan can still be felt: The apartment is quite small, but it has everything you need, and even more (e.g. beach towels, detergent…), all lovingly furnished. We particularly liked: the super comfortable bed, good internet, contact with the friendly hosts, the garden from which we were allowed to pick ripe oranges at any time, the birdsong in the morning when waking up, and the Ria Formosa within walking distance. Özgür and his family were incredibly accommodating, helpful and welcoming, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. The house itself is cozy, and relatively comfortable equipped with everything we needed. It was a peaceful getaway for us and our dog.

A real little paradise!!! The garden is actually a botanical garden as the variety of plants that are beautifully maintained are present!!! The ocean view and its accessibility 5 minutes' walk make it a paradise. The solicitude (advice services) and the discretion of your hosts as well as the pretty and very well furnished cabana make your stay perfect! I would highly recommend it!

All as described. Very nice place with the possibility to grill, play billiards or lie in the hot tub. The driveway is a little narrow or not easy on the slope. But that didn't pose a big problem either. Would recommend and come back again.
