There are good bus connections to all of Aalborg and the surrounding area near the house. It is possible to park at the house. The villa is a so-called 2-family house, with two separate apartments. The apartment for rent is on the house 1. Sal, with its own kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The entrance hall of the house shares the two apartments with a staircase. There are separate keys for the two apartments.

Unique house in the best location of the city

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

Waterfront

Lovely apartment with great views of the Limfjord to Aggersborg. Bedroom with 3/4 bed, large living room with two good beds and large sofa bed for two. In the center of Løgstad and all the way to the Limfjord is our old fisherman's house, where we rent out the 1st floor. There is a private entrance, private bathroom with washer and dryer, and kitchen with dining area. We can't offer breakfast but there is a bakery with cafe and grocery store in four minutes walking distance.
