You will have the feeling of being quite alone, but still have neighbours. The 250m² house on a 2100m² site and a detached double garage has two floors and a basement. The ground floor comprises a hallway, guest WC, kitchen and living room with air conditioning. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a little gallery. The basement has a modern bathroom with a shower, bath, WC and washbasin, as well as a generous entrance area and utility rooms. You can let yourself be enchanted by the tranquillity and nature of Lapland on the generous, roofed veranda. In winter you are almost guaranteed to see unique northern lights. There is a sauna with a relaxation area and showers, as well as a fitness room in the communal house 50 metres away. Gäststuga med plats för 3-4 sovande, perfekt för två sällskap. Här finns allt i direkt närhet, skoteråkning, bad, Luleå, naturen. Lika fint vintertid som sommar. Boendet består av en storstuga med 3 sovrum (ett för barn) samt gäststuga med dubbelsäng, loftsäng samt eget badrum, allrum och altan mot havet.

I denna underbara Norrbottensgården bor du bekvämt och fantastiskt fint. Med tomt till Råneälven, 200 m till Malmens väg. Sommarbrygga och badmöjligheter. Året runt vedeldad bastu och jacuzzi. I huset finns ett nyrenoverat, rymligt kök i lantlig stil med sittplatser upp till 10-12 pers. Sovrummen är nyrenoverade och den ena har en ny fräsch säng 160 cm och det andra sovrummet en bekväm bäddsoffa för 1-2 personer. Nyrenoverat badrum med dusch och golvvärme. TV-rum med öppen spis.
