Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to a beach with a jetty and a beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the noise of waves. Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Guesthouse of approx. 50 sq.m (538 sq. ft), a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

You will live in the apartment of the tower House, its called by the village like that since it has an tower. It used to be an old sewing shop. We have newly renovated the apartment on the backside of the house. Overlooking the yellow fields of Raps. With only 5 minutes down to the popular Mossbystrand Beach where you can eat icecream and hang by the beach all day. Closest supermarket is in Skivarp only 10 minutes and 10 minutes to Ystad where you can do shopping and visit the city center.
