A small, fantastically cozy house that is well-planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to everything Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the nature paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and Falu Mine, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the beds and remove the linens before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country trails, bathhouses, bike paths and Dalarna University. 3-minute drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. In summer, there are many lakes for swimming, fishing and paddling. There are nice gravel roads and trails for mountain biking.
