Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here you can rent if you want to stay in nature. The house is located at the foot of Bispbergsklack, which is a nature reserve. In the surroundings, there are nice trails for hiking and cycling. The cottage is cozy with wooden walls indoors, visible and saved old forged details. The kitchen is of simpler standard but fully functional with stove with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle. Toilet with shower downstairs. Bed 90 cm lower floor. Upper floor double bed and sofa corner.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Welcome to this cozy nest at the Dalälven edge, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and wifi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot bathes in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the jetty. Firewood and canoe are on site for a fee. Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.

Lake cottage with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.
