Vacation rentals with lake access in Normandy

We had a nice weekend. Beautiful setting, with a superb view of the Seine . Beautiful decor.

The house is very nice located with a great terrace. For rainy weather, there is even a covered space under the regular terrace. The decor is very complete and tidy. The communication with Martine was friendly warm. She was quick to respond if we had a question. We enjoyed a fantastic stay. Our cat was also allowed to come with Martine and loved the long windowsill as a view point of the very spacious garden. I can highly recommend this lovely house.

Ben and Georgie have an amazing place in a great location! I would love to tell you all that we hated it in the hopes to gatekeep it for ourselves, however that would be unfair to Ben and Georgie who were absolutely fantastic hosts. The barn has been brilliantly converted, with four great bedrooms and everything you’d need to enjoy and relax. The outdoor space was the highlight for us. Definitely worth going for the spa facilities, the jacuzzi was great and the sauna was far better than we expected. Thanks again to Ben and Georgie! We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Super accommodation ... beautiful house ... great layout ... with the kitchen/diner and sitting room in one big room on the middle floor the Estuary views whilst eating or relaxing are quite wonderful !

a nice quiet place. Don't be afraid of the dogs🐕 that don't bark at you and seek affection without insisting. 5 min from 🍕the best pizzaloio in Normandy, the bakery🥐🥖, and 15 min from a medium-sized supermarket, on foot. Country walks on foot (go to Montivilliers by the fishermen's path, 1 hour round trip), and nearby tourist sites, there is something for everyone. Carole and Éric are welcoming, and although very close to their house the independent accommodation allows all privacy... and the flow of the waterfall of the mill can only be heard with the window open, bucolic as desired. Inspiring for a watercolor that will be our next creation...☺️🖌️🖼️

Stayed at Sophie & David’s place on the way down to Saumur and we are so glad we did. The place was lovely & very clean. Garden was ideal for our little dog who was secure at all times. The location was stunning, very quiet and pleasant. Lovely little spot. Tight squeeze getting to the property if you have a big car but we managed. Sophie & David were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend especially if you’ve got a dog.

A great weekend in a place full of charm, whether it's the cottage, the hikes in the forest where we went on foot or the villages recommended by Élise and Sylvain. we'll be happy to go back!

The location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She told us about the surroundings very quickly, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her hospitality and all her small touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt right at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Very cute studio a short walk to the beach and the center with a beautiful view. Easy access to the accommodation, very well-equipped, clean and quiet. A little expensive but it was worth it. We could come back. Please note that parking can be a little tricky.

Everything went well, nice apartment, very nice jacuzzi and beautiful decorations Jamel is very responsive too. I recommend it!

Beautiful apartment, very nice, very well decorated, with great taste. Friendly and warm welcome from Elodie who was very flexible, both on our check-in and checkout times. The apartment is very well located in relation to the city center. Close to the train station, it is the perfect base when you come by train. I recommend it 200%!

Small apartment, very clean, cozy, with many amenities at our disposal, the bedding very good (bed and sofa bed), the linens were impeccably clean and smelled very good, towels and gloves available for our whole little family. The host left us a lot of little touches like chocolate coffee for the kids, a small bar of butter... The apartment is very well located right next to the beach, next to the marsh and the museum, perfect for a family with children. Thanks again for a lovely stay .

An idyll in the middle of green nature - a beautiful house with a large and lovingly landscaped garden. We recovered well - although unfortunately only 1 week was well recovered and felt very comfortable - we didn't miss anything. Communication with Isabelle was quick and uncomplicated - we'll be back.

We had a pleasant family weekend at Clos St André. The welcome and check-out went very well The house has a lot of charm, it conforms to the description and photos. Very good bedding It is well located for visiting the region.

We had a great time at Evelyne's place. Her house is a haven of peace, ideal for recharging your batteries and disconnecting from everyday life. We felt very comfortable with Véronique and Rémy and can only recommend this quiet and cozy apartment. They are very nice and helpful as hosts, the apartment was exceptionally clean and is sensibly equipped. We knew beforehand that it is a bit off the beaten track, but if you want to make excursions to Caen, the coast and the picturesque Suisse Normande, it is wonderfully located. The property is like a small park, beautiful, quiet and extremely well maintained. We would book with Véronique and Rémy again anytime.
