The "Bois Joly" Manor dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th century, it became known for its breeding of Percheron horses. Since 1985, we have been restoring it in keeping with the traditional architecture of Perche. Small unusual cocoon on our land but independent and not facing our residential house. Three small beds are at your disposal (vintage dimensions: 1 mattress 1 person 70 x 190 and 1 new mattress (narrow) 2 people 120 x 175.
