Gérard is a very available host, very responsive and with good advice! It's nice to be hosted by the owner (very friendly) We had a great sunny stay, the apartment matches the photos no unpleasant surprises, the equipment, bed linen, towels, everything is there for a perfect stay! It is furnished with great taste and with quality linen!On the contrary, nothing is missing, the garage is an essential asset, the residence is very quiet and clean, as is the apartment, not to mention the shops nearby. We stayed for 5 days at Jocelyne's with two children including a 4-month-old baby. I recommend this place without a second thought, it is first of all beautiful, elegantly and tastefully decorated with furniture that has a lot of character. On top of that, the bedding is exceptional and the place is exceptionally clean. And finally, this view... of a beauty that delights from morning to night. Thank you for this stay and look forward to it!

hello, we just spent 3 days and we're DELIGHTED. Anaïs and Yannick made us feel very welcome and we were able to advise us on activities, walking courses and local artisans. The barn was prepared with great care and taste. It's right in the middle of a field. Thanks to Anaïs and Yannick.

We had a great time with Yveline which is very available, the accommodation is ideally located for visiting Dinard, St Malo ... and it is 3 minutes from the beach on foot! Extremely clean and well-equipped, to be booked without hesitation!!

Great weekend at this exceptional cottage with very nice services. The bedding is excellent. This cottage is very quiet. You can party without disturbing the owners. Two large fridges that served us well as well as all the amenities you need in terms of chairs and tables. i highly recommend it

Very nice and spacious house allowing you to stay with extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and checkout times. Samuel had some nice touches for Christmas, which particularly touched us. To be repeated during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor facilities!

Exceptional stay!! 😍😍😍 The house and the property are even more amazing in real life than in photos even if these are still very attractive already... Hosts are proactive, warm and available while being discreet. The biquettes will undoubtedly appeal to young and old alike. Our next stay is already in preparation and the place is all found. Perfect host and perfect location for enjoying Saint-Brieuc and its surroundings. The house is bright with beautiful views, very functional and completely renovated with a lot of style. We enjoyed almost direct access to beautiful beaches, amenities are a few minutes' walk away. We'll be happy to go back!
