We enjoyed a nice peaceful weekend in this rustic cabin in the woods. Trails right outside the door and a sauna to relax in after. Looking forward to coming in the winter and doing some cross country skiing.

5 stars are not nearly enough for this lovely apartment on this beautiful ranch with such wonderful hosts! The bison were amazing and fun to watch from the beautiful deck overlooking gorgeous green rolling hills and pastures. Great place to walk! The apartment was even more beautiful than the posted pictures. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The place was sooooo clean, fresh, and welcoming! Claudette went over and above board to see that we were comfortable and even gave us a personal tour of the ranch! The surrounding area was beautiful! I’m grateful we have family in Treherne so we will get to stay here again! I cannot say enough great things! Your expectations will be exceeded!

A Hidden Gem Near Winnipeg – Ox+Bow Is Simply Perfect We honestly can't express how amazed and grateful we are to have discovered Ox+Bow. This place completely exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The hosts are incredibly supportive, and you can tell that every single detail has been thought through with love and intention. Everything—from the luxurious amenities to the perfectly organized setup—feels five-star. The hot tub, sauna, outdoor barbecue, and the beautiful terrace by the riverside created the perfect setting for our girls’ getaway. We spent our time laughing, relaxing, eating, drinking, and just enjoying the peace and beauty of nature. The indoor space is warm, cozy, and full of character—beautifully designed and truly feels like a home away from home. After three years in Canada, this was our first proper escape from the city, and we couldn’t have chosen a better spot.

Great place to stay. Will definitely go back. Quiet upstairs apartment all to yourself. Everything in place to cook and as it was real hot week +39 C with humidity had great AC to keep you cool. Very responsive host wanted to extend my stay and it was confirmed within an hour. Very larger place. Well worth stopping there.

The Townhouse was exactly what we needed for our long weekend in Portage. It was extremely clean and well organized. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room - great for watching the playoffs. It has all amenities listed. We will definitely be back!
