A two-room apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Vuosaari metro station, where everything is close, a sports center with an indoor swimming pool, a beach, a park, a shopping mall Columbus and a library. The city center can be reached by metro in 15 minutes. The metro does not run to Vuosaari between 5.5-29.9. You get off the metro at Itäkeskus, from where you can take the bus the rest of the way, buses run at best every 2.5 minutes (bus 99V). The apartment is good for two, but if necessary, two can also sleep on the sofa.

The terrace houses were designed by architect Touko Neronen and were completed between 1969-1971. The Museum of Architecture presented the houses in an exhibition called Concrete Dreams.
