Exceptional. A home from home feeling. Absolutely the place to recharge yourself. Put the fire on, get your book out, and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and mountains. Go to bed, open the window, feel the fresh cold sea breeze flow through the room and fall asleep with the waves hitting the rocks. No need counting sheep, your gone ZZzzz. Communication was excellent, instructions clear and super warm upon arrival. Everything you could ask for in the home. We have stayed in many places, and many have left you wishing you had packed something! NOT HERE. The small details that make you feel you have chosen the right home are important. I had my reservations over jacuzzi, but this one was perfect. Super-hot with great sea view of the mountains. Getting here was relaxed, the views are spectacular, and the roads are cleared. Very recently renovated accommodation, very clean and functional. The apartment on one level has a pretty terrace: it is integrated into a larger building that has been divided into three. Very quiet because a little far from the main road (E6). Ideal location right across the ferry dock that connects Olderdalen to the Lyngen opposite (40 min crossing). It's very convenient to vary your hikes on the two massifs. Grocery store in walking distance. Departure from an important hike (Gillaviri) from the village. Aksel and Nathalie live in a neighboring house: they are very friendly and helpful. Even if they don't ski touring themselves, they know the subject very well and are good tips. Great place to stay for two, even if an extra bed is possible in the living room.
