Julianenhof is located in the middle of the fields of the East Frisian Marschlandschaft, remote from car traffic in an absolutely quiet location. Our farm is a children's paradise and is particularly suitable for families with children up to about 12 years old. On the farm there is a playground and sunbathing lawn as well as a barbecue and campfire place. Cat, dog, rabbits, and free-roaming dwarf chickens live on the Julianenhof - and there is a large garden as well as a fruit farm with old apple varieties.

Lovingly furnished 60 m² apartment with bathtub and fireplace, close to the city center in a quiet side street. Within walking distance 5 minutes to the Norder weekly market, 1 km to the train station, 5 km to the dike and Norddeicher beach. Since we use the apartment as a family with two children from time to time, it has more the character of a cozy home than a barren 0815 apartment. It is well equipped with everything you could ever need to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

The old Kaarnhuus formerly represented the connection between commercial and residential buildings. Now a cozy apartment for four people has been created here. On the first floor is the living and dining area with a cozy fireplace. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a nice bathroom. The place is close to Carolinensiel - Harlesiel in Neu Augustengroden. Take a vacation in an apartment just behind the second dike. Surrounded by a garden with quiet and protected corners, a large variety of birds and a wonderful water lily pond, you can relax. In the garden there is a small sauna house. The sauna is free to use. Cycling and hiking trails start 50 meters behind our dike gate. Your pet is welcome.
