This vacation rental consists of 2 separate bedrooms: 1 double bed (‼️140 x 200 cm‼️ / 1 pull-out bed (80 x 200 cm)), and a living room with a sofa bed (110 x 190 cm). In total, the vacation rental is 60 m² (646 sq. ft.) and can accommodate a maximum of 5Pers. suitable. The equipment of the apartment is modern and tastefully designed with a lot of love for detail. An open cozy living and kitchen area with high-quality kitchen equipment and appliances, a modern bathroom with shower and of course also lovingly furnished bedrooms are included.

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. Our cozy vacation home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto supermarket is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.
