In total, the vacation rental is 60 m² (646 sq. ft.) and can accommodate a maximum of 5Pers. suitable. The equipment of the apartment is modern and tastefully designed with a lot of love for detail. An open cozy living and kitchen area with high-quality kitchen equipment and appliances, a modern bathroom with shower and of course also lovingly furnished bedrooms are included.

The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with terrace invites you to play and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has its own realm for the little pirates, which can be reached via the *pirate ladder*. The apartment is on the upper floor of our house. It consists of a living room, small bedroom, kitchen and bathroom as well as a hallway with access to a roof terrace. The living room is equipped with a TV. In addition, the sofa can be pulled out as a sleeping option. In the adjacent bedroom, there is a 140 × 200 cm bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bathromm has a shower.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
