An open cozy living and kitchen area with high-quality kitchen equipment and appliances, a modern bathroom with shower and of course also lovingly furnished bedrooms are included.

The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

The living room is equipped with a TV. In addition, the sofa can be pulled out as a sleeping option. In the adjacent bedroom, there is a 140 × 200 cm bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bathromm has a shower.
