Der ca. 33 m² große Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Eßtisch hat eine Deckenhöhe von rund 2,9 m. Die gemütliche Sofaecke ist der ideale Ort zum Entspannen und ein Kaminofen sorgt für Behaglichkeit.
