This place is a stroke of luck. If you are looking for a large and cozy accommodation in a quiet location for a large family with four-legged family, this is the place to be. There's not just a lot of space for the dogs. The agreement with Pascal was straightforward. He was very nice. We felt immediately comfortable here and will definitely be back soon!

A wonderful apartment. Great amenities, great quality. Everything you want and more. Generous number of all items available. Games, toys, more than enough dishwashing tabs, wonderful large sauna with great amenities. Great beds, thick towels… I could mention many more very good details. Very good, very friendly and accommodating communication. Absolutely excellent and highly recommended!

Totally nice and polite contact. Reliable and fast. We had been locked out once and shown a solution within 2 minutes. The house was exactly as described and we had a great time as a small family. The host gets a grade of 1. We would book the house again any time.

We were two adults and two kids and we would come back immediately! There is a clear recommendation here! We felt immediately comfortable, everything was there, nothing was missing . The bedrooms were great and the fireplace sweetened our stay even more. The two bathrooms one upstairs and the other downstairs, have saved the children's nocturnal stairs running! Great apartment for a relaxing getaway. We stayed at Martin's place as a family with three teenagers and dog and had everything you need there! The kitchen is small but very well equipped including a fully automatic coffee machine. The location was great for us, as you can reach everything within walking distance, also perfect for dog owners, as there is a freewheel on the beach. Martin personally welcomed us and explained everything in detail, always responded quickly and reliably to our questions beforehand. We highly recommend the apartment!

We were allowed to spend an unforgettable week in the "Old Painters House." Upon arrival it becomes clear: The location is an absolute dream. Quietly located, right on the water and away from the small country road, great for switching off. The decor is not only tasteful and cozy, but also designed with a lot of love for detail. We especially liked the large bedroom with its wide view over the surrounding meadows. A real highlight was the observation of thousands of nuns - right from bed! Nature up close without leaving the house. A short walk leads over a small jetty to the Sieltor, from where you can enjoy a great view of Ems and Dollart. Although the nearest rolls are a bit far away, they are of the highest quality. Conclusion: A wonderful vacation home with a very special atmosphere, surrounded by a quiet, inspiring environment. A week full of peace, nature and well-being – we will be happy to come back!
