You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

This shares its space with the kitchen area including a fitted kitchen and dining table and the living area with sofa and armchair. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed. The bathroom completes the floor plan and offers a toilet, vanity unit and shower.

The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Our small accommodation invites you to relax and unwind. A special feature is that the apartment has its own lake where you can fish and swim. You share this with the other residents of the house, so you can also quickly connect with the local neighbors if you want to. The town center of Norden is 800 meters (half a mile) away and within walking distance. On the way there, you pass through a street with a variety of restaurants.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
