In the harbor you have direct boat connections to the popular day trips, along the seal banks in the Wadden Sea National Park as well as to the islands, Juist and Norderney. Enjoy a stylish experience in our 86-square-meter (925-square-foot) property. This modern vacation home is located right by the Norddeich marina. The ferry terminal for Norderney and Juist, as well as the Norddeich Mole train station, are within walking distance (about 400 meters). The townhouse has a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a guest toilet, and two bedrooms, as well as two terraces for barbecuing and enjoying the sun.

The vast landscape and the fresh North Sea air make the stay feel extra special.

The duplex apartment has a north / east-facing living room on the ground floor with a view of the driveway and the surrounding fields. Bedrooms, a shower room and an additional toilet are located upstairs, where grain used to be stored. Four large block-frame sliding windows, which correspond as much as possible to their historical model, let a lot of light (and also air) into the living room. A fireplace in the almost 175-year-old stove niche provides comfort.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Our small accommodation invites you to relax and unwind. A special feature is that the apartment has its own lake where you can fish and swim. You share this with the other residents of the house, so you can also quickly connect with the local neighbors if you want to. The town center of Norden is 800 meters (half a mile) away and within walking distance. On the way there, you pass through a street with a variety of restaurants.

Our apartment is located in Halbemond on the East Frisian North Sea coast ❌ Close to Norddeich, Nessmersiel or Dornumersiel! In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel. Everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometers away. Recreational facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station, Waloseum and automobile & toy museum are located in Norddeich. The Tea Museum is in Norden.

Exceptional, beautiful and cozy, this spacious accommodation offers space for a relaxing break for 2 people in a listed house with its own terrace and a large garden. Quiet yet close to the center in the north. A wood-burning stove provides charming coziness on gray days. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs in this property.
