The townhouse has a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a guest toilet, and two bedrooms, as well as two terraces for barbecuing and enjoying the sun.

The kitchen is separate from the living area and offers a well-equipped kitchenette. The new bathroom with walk-in shower completes the floor plan.
