Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing time out on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a courtyard with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you are at the dyke in a minute and also on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

In the harbor you have direct boat connections to the popular day trips, along the seal banks in the Wadden Sea National Park as well as to the islands, Juist and Norderney. The holiday home was awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association.

The ferry terminal for Norderney and Juist, as well as the Norddeich Mole train station, are within walking distance (about 400 meters). The townhouse has a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a guest toilet, and two bedrooms, as well as two terraces for barbecuing and enjoying the sun.

The large garden and the proximity to the natural beach invite you to relax. The renovated house has a total of eight beds and offers enough space for a great holiday with family or friends with the large eat-in kitchen with a wide view of nature. This apartment on the second floor of a detached house consists of a bedroom for three people, a kitchen with new built-in kitchen, a cozy living room and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the living room, a balcony can be reached. In the garden, a terrace with barbecue facilities is available separately for guests. Within walking distance are shops, small shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy and a bicycle rental in the village of Hage.

The ground-floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with views of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the back of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cozy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The town center of Norden is 800 meters (half a mile) away and within walking distance. On the way there, you pass through a street with a variety of restaurants.

You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
