Small house in the countryside.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except the dwelling house. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. There is a large sauna in the yard in a separate building, which can be used for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. There is a beach, playground and canoe rental. The property has a double bed, a sofa bed, and a bunk bed. A total of 6 sleeping places. If you need bed linens, let the host know.

Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Cottage with simpler standard perfect for fishing in the river Långan. Fishing prohibited: 1 sept-31 okt och 15 april-31 maj In the main room there is a fireplace, a dining table and four beds. In the kitchenette there is a gas stove with two burners and simple kitchen equipment for four people. Outhouse in a separate storage house. The cottage is located downstream of Lillforsen in Långan on the west side of the river a couple of hundred meters from the road.
