I stayed at this Airbnb for my birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! The place was even better than I expected a true dream stay. Loved the location, just out of the hustle and bustle, but easy to walk a couple blocks to the Markt. Quiet side street with fun views out the window of the famous brick buildings of Bruges. Just what we hoped for. The team was so helpful and responsive. Take note of how to turn the shower to hot, (push the button to turn further) and you'll be golden. Highly recommend.

Good location Enjoyed an evening out at local bar and restaurant then returned to accommodation for a few drinks. I could hear the sound of the pub beneath the room but I was able to fall asleep. It closed at 1am. The check in was quick and easy, we were spotted with our bags and the bar staff immediately responded and took us to our room. The room was big and spacious.

I was visiting friends and needed somewhere to stay centrally. Ben's place is ideally located in the city centre, close to Canterbury West station and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, checking in very easy and the nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules a big plus. Bathroom was large with a new shower and all necessary amenities. Would definitely revisit!

I had a great stay at Laura’s place! It was right in the city center so very easy to walk to places and despite the proximity with the main high street, it was so quiet! I couldn’t hear a thing and I really loved that since I am very sensitive to noises. The place was clean, bedding was super comfy and I really appreciated the extras such as coffee/teas and bathroom products, which made me feel like staying in a hotel. I definitely recommend !

A relaxing beautiful place to put your head down after exploring the beautiful city of Canterbury. This is my second time being at the Hugo. Amazing pub next door and very quiet in the evenings. And amazingly priced for what you get. Am a student so have to be careful with the Penny’s and the Hugo is my go to when I need a place to stay for university.

A spacious room features a large bed with crisp white linens and framed artwork on the wall. Bright curtains allow natural light to filter in, while a flat-screen TV and desk are positioned against the dark cabinetry, creating a cozy yet functional atmosphere.

Warm and welcoming hosts in a cosy, clean, peaceful and homely setting. The breakfast is next level, delicious. Even better than described, the twin beds and double are in separate rooms within the suite, creating a quiet and private set-up. Thank you Bart for a great stay!

sobald man die tür zu diesem kleinod geöffnet hat, ist man in einer anderen welt. phantastische farbkombination, wunderschöne gestaltung, endlich ein hotel, das man nicht so schnell wieder vergisst. liebevoll renoviert, bis ins kleinste detail durchdacht. familiär geführt. pieter und sein team lassen keine wünsche offen, gäbe es hier sechs sterne zu vergeben, ich würde es tun!

Perfect place to stay in Margate and to go see a gig at Dreamland. The room, showers and communal spaces were very clean, cosy, quiet and spacious. Had a great stay also in terms of ease of access and privacy for the price when you just need a good room and don't mind shared facilities when they're really nice, green and zen. Would definitely stay again if visiting Margate.
