Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

Garden apartment for vacation and business trips

The apartment has a bedroom/living room with kitchen. A private bathroom can be reached via the hallway. There is space for two people in the apartment For short stays, one to two children can sleep on a folding mattress. (Please request first!) The apartment is on the ground floor , the garden can be shared. Animals are allowed upon request only, as there are also two cats and a friendly dog living in the house. Smoking is allowed all year round only on the terrace.

The rooms (38 m²) are on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Our apartment, a few minutes' walk from the "Old Market", is newly renovated and newly equipped. The eat-in kitchen has a cozy sitting area. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed. The bathroom with shower is equipped with hand and bath towels, medicine cabinet, hairdryer and toilet paper. A cozy seating area awaits you in the courtyard. The use of our fitness room is free of charge. In front of our house there is a parking space at your disposal.

From this centrally located place you are in 10 minutes in the city center of Mönchengladbach. Bus stop a few houses away. Shops such as a butcher, bakeries, supermarket, etc. are also nearby. In the accommodation, which consists of 2 rooms as well as a bathroom separated into toilet and shower, which is located on the hallway, there is 1 sofa bed for 2 people as well as a mattress on the floor. I live on the two upper floors!
