Old town oasis in MG

Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

This property is close to all major points of interest. The quiet neighborhood is located in the middle of the old town of Mönchengladbach . Everything is in walking distance. Restaurants, pubs, cinema, shopping mile ....within walking distance. Public transport, banks, and the train station are in the immediate vicinity. Borussia and Sparkassenpark is only 4 km away. For trade fair visitors, the highway connection to Düsseldorf is very interesting.

I live on the two upper floors!

I stayed in this small studio for three months and were very satisfied. The location is excellent – central yet quiet. The accessibility by public transport and by car is very good. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and very flexible. Hosts are next door. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, with windows to the south side, very quiet, no larm. Everything necessary is available, and the value for money is perfect. Clear recommendation.

The place is perfect for two people. Well located, it gives you very quick access to the city center on foot and to the magnificent Bunter Park. Only minor complaint: the absence of a microwave, a colander for the kitchen and a toilet brush. This did not prevent us from being very satisfied with the place.

I stayed at home with my 2 adult children and my wife. I found the house to be really exemplary, clean and tidy. The host designed the house with the needs of the guests in mind. It is also a house that is very ideal in terms of price. Thank you again for everything.
