Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

Bright apartment with view of the countryside

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with access to the garden in a listed building (around 1900). The apartment is newly renovated. Ultimately, everything is new. There are two rooms available, in one there is a bed (140 cm x 200 cm) with a wardrobe. In the other is the kitchen and living room area. The living area is equipped with a TV and seating. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking (pots, plates, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, etc.)

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60m² and completely renovated. It offers plenty of sleeping options for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi are available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.

Das Haus am See is our relaxedguesthouse with a large swimming pond, terrace for al fresco dining and lawn. Completed in spring 2018, it offers modern design, contemporary comfort and homelike ambiance. Historic villa district by the Bunten Garten. The apartment is located in the attic of a listed house. It is fully equipped and has one bedroom and a living/dining room. The large kitchen, an intermediate space with a small desk, a balcony (south side) and the hallway complete the unit of about 78 m².
